Heh 10 minutes each is pretty impressive, if you think about what would happen if you spent like an hour on an a4 enviro, . Tight studies man Have you painted any landscapes from photo, that helps, you need more purple orange yellow etc, you can only really learn it from photo painting (or life if you're lucky enough

Good to see your doing studies, Push yourself a bit and do heaps more, it really helps. With the sunset I think adding some more dramatic vibrant colours would help it but once again I don't know much about that stuff.

    lilnebo : Thanks girl !

So today : nothing ! And I have no excuses, it's just because of laziness, procastrination, escapism ! So I'll start to be more motivated, believe it, have more fun in what i'm doing ! And I hope it will work. SamC also gave me good tips in msn, I wil try to apply them ! once again, I'm really sorry for the SSG !

Sweet studies man, don't forget to start a new page and see if you can copy the muscles out from mind, it's incredible how much your mind simplifies the shapes when you do it from memory, so it's really important to drum it in. Cool character sketches, I'd like to see you put some more time into those, playing about with weight and stuff. And no one's hair is that rigid Oh and good sites for enviro refs:

and a personal favorite from a tv show I watch: http://www.bbc.co.uk/lastmanstanding...ethiopia.shtml (There's a list of diff countries down the side, tho not all are enviros) Have fun and keep it up

Nice job dude. I like the characters, although they are slightly generic if you know what I mean. But yeah, keep going with them!

SamC : Thanks for links ! It really helps me ! yeah for hair, I've a bit exagerated them !

Fraz : Thanks dude ! I don't really understand what you mean by generic ? that means too static ? not enough dynamic ? I need your help !!!

So today, I studied light, it was difficult, but i learned a lot ! Anyway, i need more practice at it ! Here are some sphere exercises ! It's really helpful, and i advice you to do them, it's really helpful to apply what you learned about light !

For the first one, I sucked up the cast shadow ! And for the second one, i sucked up the sky light ! really difficult !

Thats a pretty cool excercise, I might try it myself. The 1st one looks pretty cool but the second looks a bit less real, maybe its because of its sharp edges I'm not sure. For your sketches in your previous update try to make the 1st line the right line, you go over a line twice for no reason, I used to do that allllllot more so your not alone. Hope that helps

That is a very cool exercise, hope you don't mind if I comment though:

I think the ball in the field, is considerably stronger than the one on the road. On the road the ball looks a bit flat and like it is placed on top of the image.

The lighting is very believable in the field though, very impressive! The ball there looks like it has a slight transparency, like an ink bubble.
