Hey Walid, thx for stopping by . I must agree with the rest, I also like your SP's.
Though you could improve your rendering of your shadows a bit, but I'm sure that will be no problem at all, just keep going, and you'll get there for sure .
Very nice studies mate.In the previous page you have a Sp with very nice clean linework.Keep up the next with similar line system.Confident and clear.
The fact that it consists mostly of straight lines(very little curving) offers sculptural mass.(as well by not using shadows, but by presenting contours)
If you have checked Chromosome linework you will understand.
Keep studying anatomy, and make some simplify to the bodies when you see them to understand their basic forms and proportions.
You have some really nice forms in your drawing/studies. Some of them look like mannequin, but know once you add some color and more subtle tone it will really pop out.
Make a sketchbook happy, feed it a tip to improve!
Good work! Keep rockin' the studies! You're learning a lot by simplifying like you do..
and a boobs master you will become......
Anywho the studies are definitely paying off, great improvement here, especially on the linework on the self-portrait in post #349. As for the rendering practice, maybe some darker values might help in places. Nice mprovement on the digital side of things too!!
Keep up the great work!!
To become the boob master you need to draw more boobs! came to check them and didnt find much.....I'd more an ass man, id like to be the ass master.....no wait the girl's ass master!
Serious though keep up the good work, things are starting to pay off!

I'm back finally, holidays now which lets me squeeze time im-between study's to do art and crit your work aha. Wow man the linework on your sp has gotten way better also the stucture. Still on your latest figures I see a bit of chicken scratching, FIGHT IT WALID you can do it. Also you understanding of light is way better, i can feel the form on that eye really well.
that eye is definitely looking good, look forward to seeing more from you now that you got some more time!

Hala : lol i posted just after your post :p Anyway thanks for your comment ! Yeah, i'll be able to post a lot more now that i'm motivated as hell muahahahahaha DDD
Hey Walid- thanks for your encouraging words! Your sketchbook is coming along pretty nicely. Your last post has a cool staff. Is the top a cloak that wraps around her body, or is it two seperate pieces?
Looks like you've improved again! Your pencil rendering is looking better and the design looks more thought out than your previous ones. At the same time, the proportions are off and the fabric and folds could be more convincing... it's hard to think about everything at the same time, so keep doing the studies!
She'd better be careful or she's going to lose her skirt! Seriously, though, I love that you're having fun with character and costume design. Keep nurturing this creative side of your art as much as the more academic stuff--you'll definitely keep improving.
keep coming with those designs you have the idea right with slightly varying the pieces of costume on each side of the body, keep doing that, but dont' forget the structure underneath the fabric, or the weight of the fabric. costume design is a lot about silhouettes too, so maybe if ur curious look up the different kinds of silhouettes fashion designers use. (this could be incredibly boring to...depends on what ur into xD) keep it coming walid!
who tagged your sketchbook with "pussies" lol! ahaha, how true
anyhow, good to see you drawing!
bout the last one, what I see (not that I can talk but, fuck it gonna say anyways) so here we go: I cant quite guess what or where she stands on…try to give the illusion of her own body mass pushin her to da flooor, k? and hit the contrast a bit harder next time…yeah thats all……sorry for "not saying a word for six weeks and now this"
over and out!
Nice work man! Good variety of studies going on here. I think some of the poses for the figures you draw from your head seem a little stiff though. You could twist the poses a bit more even if its just slightly moving the shoulder and pelvis planes. That would help make things a bit more dynamic.
thanks 4 coming, cool study stuff.... r u student? n wait 4 my colour illu'n.
Nice sketchbook, I can see progress! GJ =)
You have a cool style developing. I love the cloth on the arms of that last pic. The shading gives it sweet textures.
Sketchbook - freakmod wants to learn how to draw really well
WALID. I EXPECT UPDATES. DAILY. NOW!!!!!!!!!
I think you could benefit from some leg studies man
