A question for anyone who'se watched andrew jones' thumbnailing vid.

I have been trying and trying to make it look how he does but i have this weird problem where when i use the deco brush, the stretchy one, pixels flicker in and out and when i let down the stroke it leaves non anti-aliased pixels all around it. I've googled everywhere and searched through the discussions in the video section of the forum and can't find an answer to this anywhere. Has anyone had this problem or know a fix?

p.s- It's driving me absolutely crazy trying to fix this.

I can replicate the same thing so I'm guessing its the norm for zbrush. It really isn't what you want to use for 2d stuff, its gets kinda of wonky with its pixel depth.

It's wonky for 2d but can do a lot of stuff that no other program can. Anyway, i fixed it. I managed to find a thread in zbrush central where someone was having the same problem. The solution as quoted by a guy named antimorph on zbrush central is:
"I get these too (whether or not I zoom in the canvas), however the artifacts disappear if I deactivate Multi Draw/Multi Render in Preferences/Mem."

And that managed to fix it for me.

Also deadlyfreeze, have you seen the andrew jones video where he uses zbrush? if not, check it out, it's very cool. It's called "andrew jones thumbnail demo":

That alchemy program seems like it's pretty sweet for making brushes in. I downloaded it. It seems cool for goofing around in.
