Here's some stuff i did
the cello's for my dad and the usual mma studies. this time i tried rendering it rather than just stopping at the line work.
and the last is my initial sketch for the Newborn Competition!
Hey whats up yongs
Very cool sketchbook man!
Those character thumbnails look great man you inspired me to start doing them.
What pixel size documents are you using for the thumbnails?
Till next time -Omerta
sketchbook updated October 6th
OmertA: Hey! thx a lot for stopping by. the whole document's in A6 and i jus split the document up in approximately equal size to do those thumbnails. yea those thumbnails are surely fun!
the character stuff's done a few days ago after looking at some guild wars concept art. Really liked the style and tried some myself.
and i did a still life today of my own mouse. i gotta work on my newborn character now!
Braintree: Hey Braintree! sorry for the late reply, and thx for dropping by for that sheet it took me 2 days and the third day just to fill the whole piece up with 2 more characters. I would say it's quite a packed 2 days coz these thumbnails gives lots of satisfaction as 1 is done quite quickly, so i just kept on doing them the whole day!
While trying to paint a full character i found out i had trouble with legs and hands. (guess i did too much mma studies and forgot about the hands and lower body :/)
So more studies of them b4 i continue on for my character. Hands are from Bridgeman and legs from Loomis.
Thanks for posting on my thread. You have been improving a lot. I can see the improvement that you have been making from your Bridgeman/anatomy studies. Keep up the good work
For Science- Sketchbook!
ForScience: thx dude! nice to have you back
I've been attending watercolor classes now since its my holidays and i'm kinda free. Here's something i manage to get from my 2nd class. It's kinda lop sided..:/ but i'm starting to get the hang of colors and stuff.
Hope i can do a better one next week!
(btw the photo appeared kinda dark..it's suppose to b purple-ish at the dark areas.or maybe its my monitor)
