Ummm, okie.
I use the blog feature on MySpace, but it works because these are primarily about writing fiction.
My user name there is The Eighth Samurai.
I use Blogspot, though it wasn't really a conscious choice...
It's kind of convenient and not too difficult to use, so I'm pretty happy with it for the moment. Need to update and refurbish it a bit though.
Wordpress on my own site. Still building it tho, I have some work and personal projects to finish first. I'll link when its done.![]()
i have just started a blog over at blogspot, www.thestudentproject.blogspot.com
just the basic design up at the moment and completely empty as of yet, start my course today, so hopefully i can get my hands on a scanner.
I've used Blogspot in the past. It's very good.
I use the flickr site for a more visual blog which I think is good if you just post images, want to make sets of images and don't write a lot of text. Also easy to find other cool images and new posts of peeps you like.

i found it was very easy to use, i went from nothing to a fully layed out site in a couple of minutes.
Livejournal works well enough for me and has done for years. Tried blogger and wordpress, but always came back to lj.
I haven't really tried that many, but I really quite like Blogspot. It links up with my google account and stuff.

Blogspot.
I started the blog almost by accident -- wanting to save a CA post I made for various school visits. Blogspot made it so, so easy to keep up.
I'm finding artists' blogs are often much better way to look at their work than their portfolio sites -- quick easy loading, no pop-us, no detail puzzles. One click onto teh blog and I can scroll down without having to navigate around.
Here's mine: http://sketchin-at.blogspot.com/
I would appreciate it if you guys visit. Thanks.
i use blogspot, but i have a hard time updating with stuff.

but i update my livejournal with many contemplations

Blogspot. I like it because it's much easier to do daily updates than it is for my website.

I like Blogger.com. It lets you design your own template, host all files on your own server and google recently bought them up, which has been awesome.
Basically, once you get it up and running, it lets you update the index page of your website with the ease of writing a blog. It's convenient for redesign, too. I just redid my entire site a couple months ago and as soon as I updated the HTML in my blogger account to represent my new design, all of my archives and posts over the past year automatically udpated to the new layout.
I don't know if I explained that very well. Check out my blog, http://www.sour.org, or this site I did last year, http://www.greenroommusicsource.com, to see it in action.

I use blogspot.. used to have Wordpress my own site but ended up being a hassle. I like blogspot because it's easy to use and to update![]()
Same same, blogspot.
Easy to customise and it has some sweet options for the sidebar. Like the Blogroll list that show you when people update their blog.

"Astronomy offers an aesthetic indulgence not duplicated in any other field. This is not an academic or hypothetical attraction and should require no apologies, for the beauty to be found in the skies has been universally appreciated for unrecorded centuries."
I just made one over at Blogspot because of this thread. I'm not too sure what to use it for besides WiPs, but I'll find out in due time.
wordpress.org is an open source blogging software
wordpress.com is a free blog hosting site
they are related.
I'm using wordpress.com over the option of installing the soft on my own site because I like the traffic tracking options. Being on the wordpress network also drives traffic to my blog. It also allows me to manage a group blog and have many posters and control what's going on there.
The interface is a little more complicated than Blogger and some options are not free but it does all I need.
I used to use the Myspace blog but it didn't do half of what I wanted so I moved.
I don't even OWN a TV... er blog.
I'm on blogspot as well.. Just the first one I stumbled over... wordpress or any of the others are probably just as good though![]()

"I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain."

I use my own flavor of Wordpress, which is a blogging application. You can use Wordpress the same way you use blogspot or do it yourself.
