Mumph: Thanks broski! I did purposely make his legs shorter, did not want a perfectly proportioned person, but if its too short I'll surely change it.
    Nah, he looks great!

Nom Nom is hilarious! Ha ha, he looks so dumb great job! but I agree with eminkey, there is something strange going on between his legs

I just got out of a close to 6 year relationship, figure I might as well do some dumping too...

Texahol: You're infectious my friend, so infectious...you might even be a zombie
Junpei: Excellent taste! lol, I have never heard of one song by her though
eminkey2003: Naw not going indepth with those, those are mostly to loosen up. I'd say warm up sketches to keep my art brain working.
    Nkristian: thank you!
teapo: Hahah thanks, I'm seriously considering switching my career path.
monstertree: I'm really diggin the new direction of simplification sir, said the same thing on your blog but I just want to let you know again
    spook-: Thanks!
Eric-Anthony: haha thanks, I'm still far from being talented.
BRINKMAN!: thanks Andy, so when are you heading over the Kansas? I have a friend who is going to go there for vet school, so I might visit her in the near future. I'll be sure to give you a call then!!
Mumph: Thanks man, I'm glad I made you laughed!
Grandmassa Mr. Spect: WE ARE BOTH ACCELERATING SUPER LIGHT SPEED RRRRRRROOOOOOOOCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKK FAST!!!!

    Thanks for the love guys/gals,

The last one is the most successful in my opinion, nice chunky brush strokes and saturated/unsaturated balance - good job!

    I'm doing me.

teapo: Thanks for visiting so much teapo!
HolyMane: Whoa I influence? thats something new for me, thanks!!!
monstertree: Thanks George, I was feeling pretty good about that one. Getting closer to that oil painting feeling I'd like to achieve.
eminkey2003: Life goes on, and so does my art .
BRINKMAN: I got a friend in Kansas now, so that makes the two of you . A visit is due in the near future.
Mumph: Chugging along as usual man. thanks for the encouragements.
Mac Con: Yes my environments need a ton of more work, and hopefully I'll be able to paint them well soon. thanks for the reminder!
knoxie: I'm not THAT lonely am I?
TruebERRY: Looking forward to it Matty Matt.

Here's a little dump, really wanna kick my portfolio with a bigger revamp. Currently unemployed ever since summer started, bummer. That means more time to paint, and looking for a job.

Nice soft painting... creative character designs as well!

But.... I think the background in the environment should be lighter....aerial perspective...and whatnot. Makes greater depth!

How's the job going, by the way?

    HolyMane: Thanks man!
    Puffynose: Thanks, will do!
witcrack: Trying to crank more out
eminkey2003: Yea it was a study from a photo I took, I need to study more from life tho. I'm currently trying to apply everywhere to look for basically anything that can get me into the industry. Just not that confident in my skills yet.

    Small update.

Speed painting to test out some new brushes.

Mmm, nice water painting... I like the idea of the spiked bag. I reckon imaginative stuff like that could help you in the concept art industry.

Yo! I think you can push the depth more in the enviro. Maybe by adding some atmospheric perspective. The characters are very cool. I like the expression of the little boy. Great updates!

Capcom??? Wow! That's a crazy job find. Congrats. I love Capcom's artwork. Your style definitely fits there.

I think your drawings could use more life in them. To make them more lifelike, think about where you could add little variations. Avoid "twinning" -- where two limbs have the same pose.

eminkey2003: Thanks, that'll definitely make my poses much more dynamic.

Heres an environment, trying to get out of that comfort zone of character design. ref used of course.

You've been tearing it up lately with this newest portfolio revamp, love the post-apocalypto punker and her kid brother, looks like that spiked purse has been swung into plenty of faces.
Nice work on the enviros as well, theres something i don't do enough of.

    Anyway, keep it up sir!
