Thank you for the birthday serenade. xD
I like your first few blue pencil sketches you've posted here.
Really digging how well you render eyes.
I hope to see some more work from you soon, maybe some studies, completed creative pieces or just general doodles and shennanigans.

@bapsi: : D
So I was in a bit of an art block. I kept studying anatomy but I hadn't actually drawn anything from my head for a while. I went crazy and drew a bunch of figures in a really loose style and they actually looked nice, so I tried to do the same with a building.
At first, it was supposed to be some sort of sacred building, but I had too much fun with it and turned it into some sort of outer space playground.
It took about a minute to draw. I think I'm going to make a nicer version later.
Here's the deal:
People walk up the curvy stairs on the left (the ones on the right are broken off) and walk through these open doors (Lamborghini style!). Once in the doorway, they get sucked through these fleshy tubes/tunnels and end up at the bottom of a shaft. Then these two pumps on the side of the shaft do their thing and WHOOOSH- you get launched through the shaft and straight into this huge body of liquid/gelatin. It's a childish orgasm of sorts and it's awesome. Then you eventually float out in your little liquid/gelatin drop, and then you float out of that and get to do it all over again.

Sorry I haven't updated lately! I'll try to stay on top of it better. I'm just finding it difficult to draw as much lately because I have to be all secretive about it in class. I have Graphic Design, 3D Design, and Art II as three of my classes. For Art II and 3D, they both involve lots of drawing. The ones from 3D so far are just framework for a toothpick model, and I can't bring home the charcoal drawings from Art II.
BAH! I'LL TRY HARDER!
In other news, I've completed six Sudoku puzzles. There's nothing Quick & Easy about 'em!
1.) So for Art II, we have to draw the same corner of a room six times, each time different.
Top left: Charcoal
Bottom left: Expensive crayons
Top right: Indian ink
Bottom right: Pen
The expensive crayons my teacher let me use were square and chalky, so it was different. Also, Indian ink is so cool because it's all inky, like black watercolor or something. I want to practice with it more.
2.) Then for the following images I just went apeshit with a pen.
3.) For the next drawing, I didn't know what to draw, so my friend recommended some sort of five-headed dog. It turned into a five-headed unicorn zombie attached to a octopus, exploding out of a blazer and top hat.
Everyone who saw the unipus said they liked the top hat.
I shall use this knowledge to my advantage.
4.) For the last one, I just sketched a picture off of deviantART of some cathedral-style building; 3D practice.

yay for going apeshit with pens and stuff.
That lifedrawing practice of having the same corner as a subject is pretty interesting. I can see how it helps you recognize the benefits as well as the shortcomings of different media. I should try it out.
as for the five-headed unicorn zombie attached to the octoakldsfjalsdk;kj. I want to know what it is you're taking to think up brilliant shit like that. WTF IT'S BRILLIANT.
I see you're getting better at proportion. Keep that up.
METROPOLIS IN THE SKY
OH SHIT GOTTA START ON THAT.

The first two pictures are form art class and the library in my free time, and the last was going to be for the Subhuman theme at CGPad, but it took too long to make so far for the speedpaint requirements. It's a WIP- started this morning, did a little more when I got home. Second image was made using India Ink.
Sorry for the crap quality, but it's too late to use my loud scanner, so I just took photos with my webcam.
