great progress in this sketchbook : )
Pretty much everything that I've done for uni this year. First stuff is concept art for a made up 2d side scroller which I made into a book for Uni project. More concept art for another more serious sci fi rpg and a bunch of misc comic book covers.
Loving your sketchbook, keep on keepin on!

Wow, you're so prolific. Keep going man, you're doing great!
those robot forms are awesome, i really like thelarge purple masses with the small figure in the front as well. youre killin it! awesome! one small thing i noticed in the palm tree one would be to vary the sizes/shapes of the trees a little, make them less uniform. perhaps having them recede a little would help some too. anyway keep it up! waiting on the next update!
Sean McClain: Thanks dude
SteFlack: Cheers man
Ramalooke Cheers :3
fudgeloaf: Hey man cheers, yeah good point man, trying to do that stuff with daggers.
Sycra: Thanks a lot man!
strange purple: Yeah I actually didn't notice the palm thing, so much to still learn about environments, Thanks man!
Have a bulk dump of dagger studies at the end of the month but for now here's a short strip and some monster doodle. Going to create some projects on some original IP's soon, should be coming soon.
Hahahaha, I love the humour in the banana and YouTube psychology one. Great work with the continuing studies btw. You have a real economy of line!
Sycra Hey thanks man!
Some more stuff, trying to slow down and break things down this time around. Started to try to apply the studies. I failed pretty hard with these however its allowed me to see the huge holes in my work process and knowledge. Also I need to make applications which gears towards what I want to do rather than just painting a dude in a suit....
The mech was done to apply a previous life study and the frog will be for a creature design.
That spraycan still life came out wicked! keep pushing yourself!
Good stuff lately!
Impressive amount of studies, what you should do though, is really focus on applying what you learn in those studies to improve your own stuff. I can tell you're doing it already, but really focus on how faces are put together and stuff. Focusing on the nuances and such that make up a face will really help you in the long run, when making realistic heads. Sorry if I'm being really obvious here.
Keep at it man, you're definitely improving loads. Just try to really absorb what you're studying and apply it to your imaginary stuff!
PieMonster Hey thanks man! yeah I sure do suck at heads, forever trying to overcome my all round structure problems. And yeah Applying studies is something I missed before, trying to fix that too.
