I like the background colors in the first few. The Marmot is my favorite, the expression is just so great.

These are fantastic...and I would be more constructive except I can't get over how freaking adorable the monkey one is.

I like the secretary bird best, but the monkey is so cute! I love the use of textures and stylize approach in all of them.

The animals are awesome! I love the fish and the marmot
The textures and expressions are really great.

The human characters, on the other hand, could use some more work I believe. The shapes on them look a bit rushed, specially the hands and facial features, and the girl's feet, I think their stylization doesn't look as well thought out as the animals, and their poses and expressions look definitely less interesting.

This is a wild guess but I think probably you took a bit more time to study the shapes of the animals and break them apart to stylize them, but didn't do the same for the humans since we're always more familiar with their shapes. I do that a lot too, but I think that mixing that knowledge up with a bit of observation too goes a long way Just my two cents though!

Very nice! The execution(color choices/painting) feels really effortless. To me that is an indication of an artist who really knows what they are doing.

I also like how each character has a unique personality.

    The monkey is my favorite!

These are great! The way you used the textures on the animals reminds me of Eric Carle's work.
