dierat, DANKA, Shard, Sylph, The Original [E]: Thanks!
hp: Thanks. Yeah the lighting is a bit (very) off, most likely because I was fairly undecided on what I was actually going to be doing. I think that pic may be getting an overhaul when I continue it.
And just a short update this time: some more quick post-it sketches.

Great sketchbook, from few-strokes-pencil-sketches to finished painting! I like to 'dive' in the world you create with depicting your OCs
wao....waowaowao, love love love everything but those last sketch pages just told me i need to do some studies...especially nose studies...freakin kill me every time.
absolutely love your style, some of the faces have the perfect balance for me at least, between realism and cartoony-ness (?)
i always enjoy cartoonists who break out of that "usual" cartoony mode.
freakin awesome stuff
Great SB loving your painting style
hp, Zeitwolf, adelofsilvermoons, andres333: Thanks
Have been busy lately with uni and drawing but unfortunately didn't have a chance to scan in much stuff before my hand-in so I'll put up what I've got, which is pretty cartoony
Here's the front page to a the sketchbook I had to hand in for my drawing module:

And here's a scene I dreamt up for him during a particularly boring lecture:

Here's also the link to my final project for the term, I don't know how to embed you-tube videos and at the moment am feeling too lazy to find out.

Nice clean lines. That is impossible with me.![]()
Armitege: Thanks
I decided to scrap the wip from a few posts ago and re-work it. Here is a little sketch and two possible colour plans for it. Any suggestions are welcome.

I'm going to subscribe to your fantastic sketchbook. I particularly love your characters and pencil work. Keep up the great work!
Karein: Thanks,I'm glad you liked my sb.
Here's an update of the pic. I originally intended to go for a realistic style but decided while drawing that I felt like going for a more cartoonish look.

Another wip: Just adding block colour before I move onto shading.

I intended on painting the entire pic more realistically but leaving the two characters with a cartoonish look but it seems they disagreed with that plan and so I cell shaded them...ish....which was a nice change from what I've been doing recently. I am not sure if it works but it was fun so all is well.
great sketchbook! very nice linework.
