    PsiBug, hp and zaorr: Thanks,

Another much delayed update. I've been busy with exams and another project so not had much time to do sketching and have been pretty lazy about updating, bad me. Thankfully it's summer now so no excuses.

This is a small colour study from a painting from ARC.

Wow. Inspiring sketchbook! I'm digging your angel image, and also the fallen angel Belial portrait.

    dierat: Thanks
freakmod: Heh, thank you. I'm quite fond of the Belial pic though there are a few things, mainly the hair and neck, that I'm thinking about going back and fixing.
    zou: Cheers,

A not-so-quick colour study practicing painting skin. Used a rather fuzzy photo as a ref.

You have goregous linework... but I do notice that your faces always have a tendancy to be kind of long and stretched vertically.

    Keep going though!!

The skintones and hair is nice. But the head structure looks a bit strange, perhaps that is intentional .

    Marria: Thanks
Matte_Art:I do agree that most of my faces are long, I think that's mostly because I usually prefer lean faces. Am trying to work on varying facial structure.
Fumble: On the last pic I was playing about with the features and went maybe too far I think.

Not too much of an update this time. Just my finished piece for this year's All Girl's TD and a WIP. I have been doing some sketches but my pc is no longer connected to my scanner so they haven't been scanned yet.

Noukah: Thanks, . I should actually be practicing other parts of anatomy but faces are my favorite so I tend to sink in to sticking with them.

I did a Bouguereau study yesterday so today it's Leighton, this one took a bit longer than the last one and felt a fair bit trickier.
