    Waiting "Nudity"

    I haven’t posted here for a while. Here is something I’ve done recently.

    Title: Waiting
    Size: 8 1/2”x11” inches
    Medium: Colored pencil and gesso on grey paper
    Year: 2008

    The drawing is much nicer than the photo.
    Did you use gesso for all of the white or just parts? I've never tried gesso on charcoal drawings.

    Gilead, yes, I used gesso for all the white, I like using the gesso instead of the white acrylic, the texture seems a bit more chalky and less transparent than the acrylic white.
