Hey, looking good so far. is j.s. sebastian a homage to j.f. sebastian from blade runner?
i think one thing you could benefit from is doing a few studies of figure outlines. I say this because you tend to use multiple lines to define edges. If you could try to concentrate on making one continuous, slow line, it will improve your accuracy and your confidence. What I mean is you won't feel like you have to make more than 1 line (or a few) to define an edge).
Also on that note, try to remember that if the light source is hitting and edge...lets say the edge of an arm from above...that line is going to be much thinner than the parallel edge which is not hit by light directly.
keep going! you have imagination, now its time to hone it!
so i went to starbuck for the first time in three weeks worked on that image for an hour or two
so heres some more le1600 i found the copic color library so the color seem a little more reel

I still think you could go far if you just pushed yourself to actually finish the stuff. I don't even have a Bamboo - I have a Volito II and trust me that was a step up from I pressure is practically non existent.
awesom stuff dude. Git yer shit together and finish a painting! Theyre all amazing starts - they just need an extra day each!
