How to draw Preston Blair as a zombie - the missing page

    Hey all,

I am participating in a group show called "Night Of The Living Artist" for which the theme was to recreate an artist as a zombie.

Using whatever media you prefer, pick an artist ( living or dead ) that has influenced you in some way and Zombify them.
I had to think a bit but in the end it wasn't really that hard to find an artist that really inspired and helped me in my early days. So I've created the missing page from the famous "1$ Animation Course" by Preston Blair that explains how to draw him as a zombie.

How to draw Preston Blair as a zombie - the missing page

Media: Acrylic and pencil on cardboard
    Size: ca. 9" x 15.5"
Any criticism is welcome and appreciated.

Hehehh, neat idea. The red on the organs looks a little too bright and saturated for the "worn old book" style. Try dulling it like the rest of the cartoon.

That is a hilarious concept! Kind of reminds me of Tex Avery's model sheet of himself as far as ideas go....my only crit would be that it's tought to tell how many heads tall he is because of the perspective

eminkey2003: Thanks for the input though fortunately the bright red is the result of trying to fix the incapabilities of my scanner.

ScaryPotato: Thanks as well. I see your point. Something I didn't really think about when making this.

shutupyourface: Hehehe, glad you like it.
