Its' free and it takes less than 10 seconds!
Wow actually went looking through some of my old SB pages and that was a study that i did a year ago and one from today..... both took me aprox. 1.5 - 2 hours...feel the difference....it only means that WE CAN GET BETTER!!!! ...
Very cool sb!
your hatching is wicked!
try defining the outlines of the eyes with less pressure? That first guy looks like he's wearing eyeliner.
krysjez Thank you i'm just used to draw girls so thus the heavy outline...but i"ll try to not do it in the future...
Bethany K. Thank you
Hey guys, these past few days where really crappy for me....tried to make some sketches and studies and worked a bit more on the witchblade picture, any crits/suggestions on it will be much appreciated.
last week version
todays version...any suggestions?
Your pencil work is amazing! Nice confident lines.
It seems to me that you have some difficulties when you draw faces in 3/4 view, sometimes you get it right but other times the side of the face isn't not wide enough.
Today's updated version looks better, especially the face. I would suggest adding more spikes on her left shoulder, right now the right side looks a little empty. Also maybe slim the lower part of her upper left leg and move it a little inward, maybe this will solve the stiffness problem.
Keep up the hard work!
Took me some time to go through all your posts, however I really enjoyed it and from now on I will look for any of your new posts. The improvement is visible from page 1. Do belive you need to stick to pencil + paper rather than PS or coloured, your sketching is great; like the level of detail in some of your drawings.
Only advice I can give is to try drawing things you normally belive you cannot, put characters in diferent situations, (like the comics you did).
Hope you have time to check out my SB, I'm sort of new around here...
all the best
Check out my SB and please leave a comment or something
Rustveld Thank you i know about the 3/4 face problem it's just something that i can't get right, i'll try to work some more on the painting and show you the results.
dac Thanks, like i said in one of my posts here, at first i wanted to become a comicbook artist (and i still want) but these days i really want to learn painting cg/traditional.
I know about the stiffness of my characters i really should put some more effort in to it.
Ramalooke Yeap it's supposed to be some kind of space jet.... thanks
vatteh Thank you
towy Thanks i try
Here are some sketchy stuff and an update of the girl painting from today.
Hey there buddy, nothing creative to say,
I am just passing by your house, I saw the tits on
the window, so I jumped in. As long as you are doing
naked big titted females, you are fine with me.
Your pencils are AWE-some, but I told you that
a few times before, and your digitals are improving.
The highlights on the females are making them look plastic lately,
but you will fix that for sure.
You are my hero.
About materials and reflections;
Wow, I love your pencil-sketches, they're so dynamic. Your Photoshopsketches look still a bit stiff you could try to make them more relaxed and fast :3
LtPlissken Thanks mate i seen that tut before but i never actually read it...gotta correct that mistake
yphiel Thank you i"ll try

Hey Fallenangel nice update.
I like so much the lines and shades on this last pencils, I need to make my drawings with economy of lines like this last studies.
Good luck in you journey at Top Cow.
Bethany K. Thank you yeah i know about her boobs, it's just i didn't knew what kind of clothes/lingerie i want to do and i just got tired of thinking of that eventually...
enthombed Thank you
Here is something that i've started for this weeks chow....any suggestion???
Hot stuff pencils above.
I can feel the smell of smoldering graphite
in the soft moonlighted air.
Chow painting looking cool.
Push your light studies a bit, will
improve the reality of the paintings.
