Some line control would definitely make your images much easier to read.

draw those hands bigger! i see you got space on your sb, use it!
but i think drawing them bigger will help you not make the "hairy" lines, make bigger strokes and try using your shoulder instead of your wrist.

lovely critters! when I will make digital studies, I will remember this method... study, imagination (that's my weak point, some simple lovely critters will be a good practice), fun... it sounds like a great combo for me thanks

Once again, nice stuff.... it's been way too long! Sorry, last bit of summer's been insane. I'm taking art this semester though, so I'll get some time every day whether I like it or not.

Question: what is the Alchemy app? I can't find it through google...

Hey everybody, I appreciate the great tips and kind words Music has kept me totally swamped for the past month or so, but I finally had some time and an idea. Did a little sketch and had some fun with it.

Thanks man, I appreciate it Heres another one I came up with today... less polished, but Im starting to figure out skin, albeit not on a photorealistic level. Im trying out strong colors and neons, as compared to the more traditional colors and techniques you'd expect. So yes, the overblown tones you'll see in the coming pieces is purposeful.

Thanks for checking my sketchbook out

It may be intentional, but in the last picture, why is the person's mouth crooked like that?
