Hi, my name is Juan Antonio and I'm an art student in Spain.
I just finished the first course of Ilustration here and I thought that summer holidays is the perfect time to begin my sketchbook.
Please, feel free to criticize my work because this way I will improve.
And forgive my bad english xd

Thanks a la bapsi. I think that was my first drawing of an ape and I got a lot of fun doing it.
Here, India Ink Drawings and a bunch of human figure studios and Sketches I did the past days.
More Studios and concept ideas.
It's time to dust my Wacom tablet.
I'm still green and need a lot of time and practice until I can do that It looks like I want it
Wow! It's been a long time since the last post, but it doesn't mean I've stopped drawing and painting.
Here's stuff from the past two months beginning with a pair of Acrylics I did the past july at Children's Iustration workshop Ilustrarte.

Two portraits with Indian Ink I did recently and an unfinished paint I'm doing now
A Hellboy speed painting with the wacom tablet and photoshop.
Pretty good, keep up the anatomy practice. Try drawing from life though, that'll really help you out. It'll also help give you poses with attitude, feeling of weight, and the essence of movement.
Keep it up though.
This week updates, I continue with the warrior and the eye exercize from Don Seegmiller book The Digital Design and Painting It's a fantastic book, you learn a lot with it to improve your skills.
And speaking of books, I have another interesting book waiting to read, James Gurney's Imaginative Realism. I think I'm going to be very entertainment the next days reading it.
