here i refinded the bg added an owl since the image was to small from the width and i had to extend it to the sides...added an owl instead of plane bush..
think most will give crit but can't do better at the moment think i should go back to crit center
either i'm smoking crack or she only has 4 fingers on her right hand. where's the 5th?
other than that, i like it a lot. GL!
Looking for other Denver area artists!
My Scribbles - Take a peek
I'm not too sure but I don't think her left knee/shin could be in that angle if her left leg in general is straight out in that direction.
Also could just use a tad more detail on the hair.
Very nice, I like it a lot. I do think she could use a slight contrast increase, just to pop her out of the background a little more (see how dark the shadows are on the owl's perch stump?) or maybe just darken her shadows a tiny bit. I also agree with how her left knee is situated, it'd look better if that leg was just a full on side view, a quick rotate of that shin armor would do it.
Check out my website, finally up and running
If you do rotate her left shin/knee, extend the length a bit more.
Kaldorei are tall, she looks petite for one.
Her left shin looks way too short and I'm quite concerned about the 4finger thing.
Also the motion in her hair seems inconsistent. She looks as if she's striking a pose and the hair just magically moves up.
It could be the wind but if it was I think it would look more random, now it all moves to one area like one big mass.
Really nice drawing otherwise.
