    Looks like the sort of painting that Alex Kanevsky or Nicolas Uribe might do?, but I can't find it - in fact it does look sort of familiar, I do have a vague recollection of having seen it before - Tristan, was it ever posted on Cennini perhaps?

    You might wanna try this when the hype's died away.
    I've just tried TinEye, and it didn't find anything.

    Definitely not Arisman or Uribe or Holland. The painterliness and drawing is good enough to be Kanevsky but the grotesqueness is not like him. Yet it is too elegant and classically refined to be Jenny Saville. Could be Hussar?

    At least Icarus tried!

    I suggested Uribe because he sometimes does(did) these "multiple exposure" type images and graphical-style elements, though I haven't found anything quite like this on his site. Doesn't look grotesque enough for Hussar

    Still puzzling over this - at least having bumped the thread, someone might come along with an identification?

    looks like Odd Nerdrum to me, especially the middle and bottom part but can't find it on his website, or maybe Gottfried Helnwein?

    I search all the website of Gottfried helnwein but didn't fond anything like this.
