24.April.2012 Go FC Barcelona!
Well, here goes my sketchbook, i came here because a friend of mine recommended me "if you want a good art community, join ConceptArt".
So basically that's why I'm here, and here, it seems there are just so many incredible artists, and I want to improve just like them.
I'm 18 right now, i like drawing american comic and manga and some realism, don't like cartoony stuff right now.
GO TO LAST PAGE! I'M BETTER NOW! XD
Will upload more next time!

First is a digital painting made as a gift for my friend, was really fun to do and the other one is a coloured pencils drawing made a while ago:

Nice figures, good expressions, and great use of color.

Digging the animated feel you're adding to these. Keep doing studies and adding your own touch to it.
Sketchbook!! Please help me improve!

Ash888: Thank you! still need a lot of anatomy to practice huh?
KidApe: Thank you! will do more studies of course, but can you explain to me what do you mean by "animated feel"?
Now, i will add another 2 more, first one, is just a digital color practice, i can see lots of things i could've done better...
The second one is an entry for a contest done by the imaginary friends studio in deviantart, i didn't win

Both of these are great, and again, impressive colors.
with the second, a few things, with such strong back lighting I feel we would be looking at the dark side of the figure. This would also create much more contrast in the background too. and developing the sky a little would go a long way. Great work I will continue to check up on your progress.
Thanks for posting your work, can't wait to see more.

Thanks a lot, i'm really glad you are liking the way I color or paint, it means a lot coming from you (thou I don't even know you lol), i already took a look at your Sketchbook, and it's really impressive!
And about the sky, I know it needs to be worked out, like it could have some clouds, more gradients, and such as making the sky seems really shiny. I'm really happy that you can't wait to see more!
Here goes more!
First one is an anatomy practice, because Villa told me i NEEDED to learn anatomy and I really agree with him =D, but right now I don't wanna draw nudes <.< and I'm not even 18 lol, but he said i could learn Anatomy without drawing from nude models. And the other one is a Portrait commission:

all of these are amazing. I like the second to last digital practice you made with the bikini girl. Very nice on the hair.

The last two are really nice.
The little girl just needs a little more definition in the face, the anatomy is good, and maybe define what she is sitting on or what she has her hand on.
the second one is great, good contrast, good interaction.
you are doing very well.

Well, just to have it clear, this drawings are old not like I make a drawing and upload it right after I finish, just wanted to let it clear...
Thank you, yeah the face needs more definition, you're right because i didn't even tried to , because, i was only trying to get the body right, but i COULD've done the face better yes, and I didn't draw where she was sitting on because, it was her mom, and i was too lazy to draw her too
will update tomorrow n_n

Love the composition, it is symmetrical and asymmetrical at the same time.
Use that tool in the future, because it helps to direct the viewers eye.
Both figures are good anatomy and color wise.
Good job with the rabbit, I sometimes find them difficult because of their soft form.
There are two places I would take a look at:
Bright colors draw your eye towards them,
so what happens when I look at the piece is my eye travels up and off the page.
Keep your viewers eye on the subject.
The last thing is the womans face.
Try to use some more dark tones to define the form.
As is the shadows are for the most part black.
This is most evident in the mouth.
This is a beautiful piece, and it was handled well.
Can't wait to see more.
