Hi, I'm new in the active part of the membership, been here a while as a passive one, gazing in awe at the SBs here...
I've finally found the balls to start one of my own...
I'm An 18 year-old Student from belgium and anxious to become an illustrator/artist, so some crits and pointers would mean a lot.
So here goes, from old to new some of my sketches
More to come...

Your studies show an awesome sense of space in them, especially the posemaniacs ones. The abstraction work is great also, as are the portraits and rendered stuff dotted around. Just keep on updating dude.

I haven't given up on photoshop just yet!!!
some sketches and an work in progress (...maaaaaybe?) in photoshop...grr
hey dude, your anatomy and figure work looks awesome.
In photoshop, don't worry so much about creating a brush that does the work for you. Try learning to paint what you want with just the default round brush, its surprising to see how much can be done with it. Try a lot of grayscale stuff too. it seems you know how to show form well with a pencil, it shouldn't be too long until you can do it in photoshop.
small update on the politician/religious dude...
gonna give him some other colours prolly... and thnx for the tip, Pyroclasm00 the grayscale does help me get back into my normal way of thinking : )
hey all, new update... been very busy with exams so I haven't had the time to really do much so here are the last remains of my brain activity on paper/photoshop
would like to hear more crits : )
im addicted to comments : )
Jens: thanx man, the tutorial really is worth the try i see, will be doing that first thing when exams are finito
