    Sketchbook Of Bloody Wolf

    Hey guys!
My name is JOHNSON ZHANG. When I was here, I realized that I am such a green bird on

concept and art. My pleasure to get a chance of have a conmunication with all masters

here. I desided to keep drawing, and hoping some kind of change in my work. It is hard

for me to use the line and color, when I am doing, I can not see the whole thing, just

saw the surface of the subjects. The works seems so flat.
There is nothing in my god damn head! It seems like EMPETY! Should I read or something?
Who knows! In one word, I am ganna work hard and nice to see you all!

These are really neat! You rendering is nice and smooth and I dig your style. I think the girl with cat paws is my favorite.

I do, however, see a lot of teeny-tiny little heads on you characters

Excellent studies you have in here. I'd like to see more life studies to compliment your imaginative studies.
Anyways, great work in here so far.

    Cheers

Your pencils are really nice, but the stuff in your latest post seems weaker than your first post - like the character forms don't fit together as well. Dig the anatomy muscle studies and all the drawings where you've clearly made an effort to render the form as a 3d solid.

    Keep up the good work.

Your studies seem so plane you ask? Diego mentioned you should try to draw from life, that way it will look less planelike. That's what he'll try to say I guess.

As for my comment: I'm excited that you're devoted to study and seeing the quaility of it that you take your time. You have some lovely and cool females although I agree as well that the heads might be a little small, unless that's where you're going for. It's also a matter of taste and I dare to say I like it.

Hi, I really like your rendering style, you seem to be doing really well in that regard. One thing that you might consider to improve the dynamism of your characters is to look over a few books by some of the bigger names in illustration. I don't know much about this, but I've recently discovered an author called George Bridgman. Many of his books are from the 20's and 30's, so he might be a little dated, but his techniques have really helped make my figures more alive, and I've only been reading his stuff for the last few days. Hope that helps.

you've interesting sketchbook here! Maybe a little bit monotone but I think you've got potential for big things. Why don't you add environments, vehicles and things so?
