    Colossal update :)

    *** COLOSSAL UPDATE 2011 ***
Ok mates, happy new year to everyone. Now i came back home and even while i am having uni exams in a week, i will try to keep up drawing like crazy . Now its time to make the big update that consists mostly of sketches i did both with traditional medium and digitally with opencanvas. There are tons of quick crappy sketches but i got a lot by doing all these. Had some bad non art events these weeks, the worse way to begin a new year, but now i am getting the strength to keep fighting even harder and providing better works and informarions. Thank u very much for supporting me all this time!!!! LETS ALL KEEP UP WORKING HARD AND ACQUIRING SKILLS THIS YEAR. and lets be healthy as much as we can

Sorry for the bandwidth or how they call it(i made some "all in one" editing in some of the sketches to lower the number of the files)

MacTire-Thank u very much conor , glad u like it

Jatherip-Jakob thankies , hope u post more now!!!
Bludhund-Thank u very much mate!!!.Yep i think i agree. It lost the power and there is a lack of skills that make me ruin the power of the thumbnails when building more and more. Will try to solve it
    Kungfoowiz-Thank u very much Edward !!!
Zou-Yo comrade thank u very much!!!
Lyno-Thank u very much mate !!!i focused more on finishing the entry and that probably made me do less study on which color could fit better

Great stuff. You've made huge improvements. One thing though is that your sketchwork looks very messy when you're figuring out poses, filled with a lot of little hairy lines. I've always been told to avoid hair lines and to try to convey each gesture in one or two lines depending on the force of the arm. Although it's difficult for me to tell if you're actually doing hairy lines or if that's a few continuous lines which overlap a lot. That might be "okay". I don't really know, hopefully a professional provide better input and straighten me out if I'm recommending the wrong thing.

happy new year, kostas!!! hope these days are becoming better than the beginning.

noticed something to point out, i think sometimes the characters you draw in your poses aren't matched up in the hips/shoulders, the contrapposto is off. whichever one of the shoulders is raised, the hip on that side should be lowered, and vice versa. for example, this last character you drew, the left arm is higher than the right arm, so his right knee should be up and his left knee should be down. the pose would show more strength that way, you'd get more of a feel of coiled power ready to strike. i hope it this helps; i can do a paintover if you want, if that makes it more clear.

i hope this year is your best ever. cheers.
