Cacodaemonia-Thnx mate,i am researching a lot of things so your points are helpful

Ok another one today(to say the truth i am a little bored doing enviroments,at least in the initial stage, but i know i have to make my skills better in enviros, and btw i see that by training enviroment art,i learned a lot more about textures and some other things,so i guess i get a nice amount of experiences

took a small piece of rock to make an initial rock texture and watched a photo ref of a landscape to get a more accurate feeling(so you can say i used the ref only for some of the "pose"

See ya and thnx for supporting!!!!
and btw i think that because of the bad contrast of this old screen i am working on,you may see the works brighter(or with less contrast) than i see them.I will just be patient before i go back to my home and my good pc

    Hello KING
youre very prolific lately, this works are very good.
The last B/W thumbnails are dynamic and I like the black warrior.
This last enviro got really good colors but I think needs am little more definition.
Moreover, I am saddened by the situation in your country lately, I expect the fire to stop soon, and you or your family you have not been affected.
    Greetings ο φίλος μου

    You're a machine!

Nice job with the harsh lighting here.

With both these sets of images, the first shows some more reds and pinks, while the second looks more yellow/green/blue. At least, on my monitor.

Hey, me again. I don't know if I'll get to the "backlog", you have so much new stuff. You keep insanely busy.

Let's see. The goodnight cat is obviously just something quick and not done. I would ask: Male or female? The arms seem (yes, I know, it's not done!) thicker and more masculine, but the crotch doesn't have, ah, much space for any masculine parts hide. At the same time, no noticeable chest. The boots and outfit say female to me, all the same. If you were to decide to finish this, I'd recommend making the gender clearer by defining the above points better, and giving the tail more life and less droop. If you're going for more a non gender specific "non-human" look, then there's ways to do that, too. (Yes, yes, I'm over analyzing a quick sketch, I know.)

The enviroment in post #840, I think is interesting, if a tad plain. The line/extentions from the closest orb building seem like they should be more evenly spaced, or have a clearer reason why they aren't. Oddly enough, for me the focus point also doesn't seem to be the figure, but the shine on the top of the second globe. It could be just me, but the focus point is something to think about.

In #842, I really like the rock texture and the green below it. The rest, not so much. But that part reminds me of the pseudo-picture design-like covers of fantasy books, which I really enjoy. I don't have an example off hand, but it's a style I really like, personally.

The sewer-like enviroment is cool, but seems too... Steril, maybe? It might be that you should go one way or the other with the water, more clean and pure looking, or more sewer like. I like the hints of red, they seem sort of mist like, and I think add to the piece. The layout of the building and the mist makes the whole thing intriguing, and makes the viwer (in my opinion), wonder what the place is used for, if it's still used or abandoned... It's a good thing when your viewer gets capivated like that by an art piece.

    Keep up the good work!

Your character designs and simplistic style of painting are quite admirable. I adore how you express emotions and poses with simple brush strokes. You're definitely someone I must watch and pay avid attention to.

jackpot_anjr90-Thanks mate ,here today i worked some more on this one.
    JoshDArtist-Thank you very much
    Cacodaemonia-Thnxxxx!!!!
Taven-Again mate, you are a great critique machine.ahhleave the cat ,good points on the enviros, the first was the first step of the researches. And wow i am glad i managed to cause some curiosity. From enviroments i expect to give mood and feelings instead of actual detailed design(that would be something i can do easier, than depicting good atmosphere).Thnx !!!
    Milli-Wow so encouraging!!!Thank you
zou-Thnx comrade.Well tommorow i give the signs exams for the driving license, and by doing a pre-test i scored 100% correct answers in a lot of tests,so i hope i will pass the test tommorow(and that gave me courage to continue, but i am still worrying about the university exams i start at next tuesday).Thank you very much
    MacTire-Thnx mate,and thnx for the critique !!!

Ok today found some hours(over under 5 hours) to do this one.I played a lot till i cought the mood that seemed to have an effect on my brain.
Only exterior thing i used is the background(a small part of an image with waterfall coming down a huge mountain)-used it with copy paste/+some edits here and there

Sorry if its messy but i putted more time on the ship and then i got tired
I miss character design so i may come back to characters soon enough

Thank you all for the great support, you are all the best!!!
(edit: if you dont see the darker areas, with values "near black"/almost black, then better add contrast,or in level adjudgment move the middle one towards right)--->just because i looked my works from another screen and they were brighter than i work them)

In this last one It looks as though the ship is on the dock mounted on some rig. But the sail indicates that it should be out in the water, sailing. Just something that struck me when looking at it. Other then that I like the one in cooler colors. Keep churning em out bro! Your doing the right things.

I think your enviro is very interesting - I keep looking at it again and again. It looks like it could be a market scene, by a dock. Do you plan to add some people and other objects?

I like the new character, but she looks like she's falling over. Also, her boobs are very high up on her chest!

Cacodaemonia-you got it mate.Market scene by a dock, exactly , but in this case abadoned lol(just bored to add anything else, sorry)
hehe the fault with the boobs is because in the presketches i wanted to make the upper body lean towards back-in the depth but then i semi-changed it and i thought i will excuse it as if the equipment pushes them up somehow lol

    anyway here a fast one.

even doing architectural environments, nice dude! You are surely keeping up with your studies and practicing.

There is great composition in your post #845. Some areas textures are very grainy, and you can keep the most sharp details for closer to the camera to help the scenes depth a bit. The last one is cool but I think some of the shapes arent clear enough, like the planes of the legs dont read overly well...and maybe with those cool legs he should have more interesting feet! See you around bud

The enviroment with the ship (I'm so tempted to say "boat" ) has an interesting style to it in how it turned out, but I'm personally not as fond of it as I am some of your other works. I think that's because it has an unfinished air. The sky seems grey as left that way and unfinished, rather then overcast, although the mountain/waterfall background is interesting, just maybe not worked up to full potential. I also think that the ship looks off if you're trying to do a "real" sort of sailing ship, if that makes sense.

While I may sound horribly critical of that last, I have more good words for your "dark elf" sketch. Some things are off about it, but it's a really neat style it was done in. It needs tweaking (style-wise), but I think it's really cool. I love the way you did the face. I would say that the angle of her, ahem, chest if off for the way her head is facing, but I really do like this. I'd love to see more done with it.

I think the angles of the mechanical legs are off on your next quick sketch, but awesome job on the torso.

I also like how you show your steps in smaller pictures on your various posts, it's neat to see the process, so keep that up.
