Great stuff mate! Always happy to help and encourage so here's some more!!
I think I nailed it on what you style says to me, it's sort of like a harsher (as in more angular) version of Prometheus'. Kinda old-school retro gaming influenced, in fact it's almost as if you are painting with polygons as opposed to pixels!! Which is awesome!

Looking at post #790, I can't help but imagine the guy at the mech's head saying something like "I need to pee!!". Anyway the quicker studies and sketches throuhgoout are good too, even if you're calling them fast / lazy they're still easy to read which is great. Good to see this grayscale block to careful linewok being developed! It's looking good on the completed figures!!

    Keep up the great work!!!

ooo, really nice update kingkostas! Nice colours, nice presentation. Cool cool.
Trying to give some crits . I think the arm with sword is kind of weird. I'm not sure what it is, maybe the shoulder is a little bit to far away from the neck, or is it the position of the hand, or the underarm somewhat slim. Also, the other hand, I think the shield would cover that?

Anyway, lovely piece, more of those !

MacTire-wow you actually found something.Prometheus(nicklas) is an influence for me,cause of his great understanding of things, and their functionality, and more things about his skills .Other than that i always researcher other techniques of different artists, like zhuzhu, jaime(cicinimo),danielC and others, i get the knowledge,i put my techniques toghether and i create things. Each of them have a speciality in something(i have also but its still on early levels)and all of us have something like that,so trying to research others specialities offers some good additional knowledge
Lyno-thnx mate ,yep you are right with these points

    ok here some quick thumbnails

Nice dude, I really like those thumbnails and the visualization of the one in your last post. Nice design and lighting. One thing that bothers me is that it feels like he's standing against a wall, and his back foot is going through it. It's just a speed paint though, as you said, and I think it looks great. You should definately try painting a few more of them!

I love your gestures and character sketches. You can definately tell you've spent a lot of time getting your anatomy down. Keep up the good work.

Lots of great updates! Are you working on these thumbnails for a specific project, or just for practice?

Wow KingKostas, those are two great conceptart.
You're ready to get hired for some great video game or movie work.

You're developping strong style (especially in the first one, the one holding a sword), keep experiencing.

    see you

Cool updates! I like the size of the thing though you could make it more apparent by adding some man-sized details on to it.
Also the texture ruins some of it by being so flat. If you had it leveled with the horison, so it looks like its on the floor, would be much better I think.

    Keep it up!

Sweet robot/mech. Like DefiledVisions said, more details to show the scale would be good, but I think the color and lighting are great. The pink hand is amusing.

I'm looking forward to seeing the colossal update!

Heya, I'm too lazy to look at all the stuff I missed, but I will drop in for the last few things.

Your Dark Warrior is good for no references, but I think that the sword holding arm is angled a bit off, and needs more muscular definition. I like the details on the outfit, and the outfit itself; it's creative and interesting. I'm not sure the closed helm fits with the rest of the garmet, I think maybe an open faced helm would be better, and also make for more interesting negitive space. Also, have you looked into other weapons? I think maybe more arabic style weapons or "exotic" weapons would add some flair to things, and better fit with the rest of the particular feel in armor/clothing in that piece.

I know the next guy (the soldier with the gun) is a speed, but a little more detail on the back foot and the gun would be nice. Obviously not too much to distract from the main image, but I think they're left off a bit too much there.

Eh... I'll try to pop in later and catch up on what I missed since I last posted.

    Keep up the good work!

Constructive Criticism welcomed at My Sketchbook!

Nice, I like it so far. One thing I noticed: the sky is not bright, dark blue, so that makes the atmosphere seem humid. This is a desert scene, though, so I think it should be more clear. If you don't live in a dry place, check out some photos of Colorado, USA, or the Gobi Desert in Mongolia.
