who said that CA don't lie pixel art ? i've seen amazing crazy things in pixel art.
It's cool to see you doing such things, i always thought that being in CA helps you try everything and be more open minded.
post 595 is really nice, this last captain king is also cool (will u add shadow and highlights ?)
keep having fun, mate
zou-Thank you very much for encouraging !!!(i may add , when i will use it as a logo or something)
Giorge-Ok mate thnx , here i hope this is more finished like.
Its total speed, actually i think i managed to make works a lot faster.
I dont know i am not very good these days, maybe its because i have so much responsibilities...thank you for keeping me up, you all are the best
Great sketches - very impressive stuff here. Absolute joy looking through your SB. Thanks for posting - looking forward to the next update!
Daryl Zero: "A few words here about following people. People know they're being followed when they turn around and see someone following them. They can't tell they're being followed if you get there first."
mike butkus-Thank you very much ,thank you for visiting
meticulous-Thank you !!!
Ok another speed today.I am working these very fast, and i think mistakes in proportions perspective and such are visible, but at least they look more finished like.
Now i dont have time to spend working hours in a work, due to exams and projects
zou-Thank you zou !!!
Ok did another(slower than the others). Not very good but at least i produce more finished like results in less time.
and i am getting used in putting them in space(i still leave the space less worked , i hope i will fix this matter some day)
See ya all and thnx for the great support!!!
Ok here more studies.
Some very fast anatomy without ref,Then a value study based on my shaping system(for understanding),and then something from ref(pose from ref)
Have to study...exams tommorow
Ok here a fast no ref creature, testing again the last technique of small lines for detail rendering.
Made an experiment with facet filter also.
I want it to feel like a 3d model
Hey mate, nice work so far.
am wondering about those perspective lines, do you use them to draw the pose because I can see that they are shown in the progress and not from the begining.
sketch book critics are welcome.
Great work man!! Nice speedies you have here, and the studies are great too. Just two small quick crits, on the reffed pose the leading foot is a little off, and on the creature (nice job on it though) the perspective lines seem a bit out, maybe I'm wrong (that is if this makes sense), nut perhaps the grid should be going in the other direction, closer to horizontal (if the rearmost / horizon line on the grid was at a shallower angle and rising from right to left).
Keep up the good work!!
MacTire-Thnx mate, well you are right about the ref false foot.
Anyway about the perspective lines i just like them that way and i do these so fast that i dont even count the areas, less than 1 minutes to built the grid .And i give it angle because it feels more dynamic to me
here studying again
And check the mirrored version, do you feel any weight?
Studying more studying more!!!!
First lesson in Uni finished-i wrote very well i think
I still have a lot more till finish but anyway i finish 2 july
Here playing with space and such.I try to figure some things with these studies and if i manage to understand something we will see nice speedpaint results soon
No ref as usual
Cool updates man! Ive learned alot seeing your steps by steps thanks for that. Its also very refreshing seeing peoples speed paints, its so interesting to me how the inital painting starts off like.
Keep having fun drawing/painting

Grandmassa Mr. Spect-Thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I grabbed my pencil after so long time.I think i will do more, so i hope you missed some of my pencils.I also found something interesting in using 5B
i never had a 5B pencil before and i just bought it for fun
See ya all and thnx for support!!!
Study for exams now
THese are quick and no ref as usual
wow you've been updating SO much more than me its crazy, I feel so busy lately but I don't have a good excuse. Love that you are still using perspective studies in with your characters.
I think the creature you posted bugs me because he is leaning to the right - maybe if you flip it you will see it more. Or perhaps its because the front legs should be further apart to make him more stable...and maybe play with the proportions as hes pretty fragile looking (well....he is bones after all but you know what I mean! hehe)
I think in order to advance more in characters you could try specific archetypes. You do a lot of sci-fi and fantasy, usually someone for combat...though studying of other costumes might be great. Try and cowboy, a WW2 pilot, historical royalty, ethnic costumes etc etc. This should make you even more adaptive and give your characters a stronger purpose, while you study perspective and values at the same time
Jakers-Now that you mention it, i also think it goes a little right .THnx for the ideas mate !!!
Ok here some studies, some training i do to develop more understanding.
Of course they need more but i figured out how to make better colors and the relation of warm light-cold shadows and such things.
Anyway see ya and thnx for support!!!
Yo whats up king!
Every time i stop by your sketchbook you improve heaps
Keep it up man your characters are badass.
Till next time -Omerta
