Barbara Bradley passes on
Illustrator Barbara Bradley passed away this friday in a car accident. She was 81. Those of you who attended AAU will either remember her or have heard the stories of her teaching ability and her ability to make grown men cry
I unfortunately never had the chance to meet her, but having met students of hers and learning from them I know she will live on.
Thank you and Rest in peace Barbara Bradley.

Things just got a slight bit emptier...
Ms. Bradley was one of the first illustrators I was attracted to when I first started out. Her line drawings especially gave me my first idea of what level "art" had to be at to be art...
My blessings to you, dear Lady.

I've always heard wonderful things about her and never had an opportunity to take a class with her.
A tragic loss.

I have CDs from the school of her instruction. She was awesome, just an amazing instructor. I also use her book for study.
This is sad. Utterly sad. A sad loss for the art community. My heart goes out to her family and friends.

I have been away for a while and I just now saw this. My heart dropped when I read the title. She was a GREAT teacher, I will miss her dearly, as will so many others I am sure. I learned so much from her. I feel honored to have had her as an instructor.
