This is a recent painting i did and i would really like your c&c's on it.

First rule of doing any figure in any painting: study anatomy.
Instead of jumping into the painting, try planning it out first - your composition isn't bad, so I'd keep that, though I'd adjust the position of his head.
Your specific areas that you *need* work on are the figure - the head is totally whacked, the left arm (with the cybernetics) is broken at the sleeve, instead of being bent at the elbow.
I'd slow down, take your time on some figurative studies, lighting and colour studies - get yourself some reference, and come back and try it again.
