Finally got my portfolio complete been taking up alot of my time, taking the final slide shots at school so hopefully i will get all my complete work home soon. Heres a no ref character doodle expirementing with softer lead and also a new peice im working on. from greys anatomy and a Frank Frazetta death dealer study, just kinda wanted to see if i was even able to create good art and this image really caught my eye ever since i was a child i loved frazettas works. I spent sooo long on it, but really im begining to see that drawins well rendering anyway is kinda like sculpture or something have to build the forms up

Love that Frazetta, very nicely done. I dig your other studies and your lines as well. I hope there is more room to the right of that dragon(in your update); it would be a shame to crowd him with the edge of a page.
Stay focused and keep practicing. Thanks for checking out my sb.
first pics my new sketch ive been workin on still tinkering with it and the otheres are some more finished peices from my portfolio from school.
Recent Bridgemen and Hogarth studies and some projects from school.I need to get a new scanner my scans look terrible.
Some stuff for today.
humanNature ya i dont gesture as much as i should thanks for the help man.
Your stuff is pretty good. I think that you characters have good gestures and poses and the lines are drawn with confidence. If you start to really pay attention to proportion and anatomy your stuff will be awesome. Especially considering your age and the level you are drawing at.
Really great stuff, i wish i was at the same level your at when i was 17 lol. Keep up the good work, your anatomy studies looks great just keep doing them! I really like your wide range of media you use. Keep up on the great work
tmbritton thanks you like my work ya when i draw my figures from mind they tend to have bad proportions and dont really realize it i need to do more anatomy studies.
The Original [E] thanks glad you like my sketchbook ya i will be keeping on my studies they really do help. Ya this past year my ap teachers been kinda pushing me to expirement with diffrent types of styles and mediums its been a blast.
heres todays no ref sketch
Some randomness today.
Todays character crits appreicated to help me improve.
