Jamie, your ball point pen studies are pure awesomeness!
Is the ink of the pen erasable?
For the Bridgeman hand studies did you go through a rough stage or you just went straight in? If so, you re very fluid & clean with lines!! Splendid.
Hope you re doing good in Mexico!
All the best! love ya
Thanks everyone for dropping by and stating your mind pretty ecouraging
NailBiterMR- I would say for line quality it's just been about practice but I think it does help because you have to think more about the lines your going to put down.
Started a fresh sketchbook for just my own work and this ones gonna be for my sketches and studies

Here is some studies gonna try and post a sketch everyday even if it's bad need to make some healthy sketching habits again
a sketch a day keep the bad bugs at bay =)
little warm up piece from imagination today before I get into commission work.
Need to stop being lazy with my anatomy and figures and start studying them a ton again.

Villpu and photo warm ups
Some warm ups from Aztec flowers sketchbook.
Experimented with some new brushes as well.
Gonna post everyday for personal deadline for me.
Bridgeman today. thinking of starting from page 1 and studying the whole thing again.
so many messy lines for some reason I rush a lot more on my line drawing digitally then traditionally.
Gotta slow down less drawing more thinking.
Namae- Thanks for the kind words
Maquette I've been tinkering with and some more Bridgeman studies today
Ariel9-aw why thanks Ariel good to see you still around.
but yeah I've been kinda messing around with sculpting want to pick up on a lot of clay and do a epic full figure.
I actually used that maquette to get kinda a feel for the light in my last commission illustration.
Hope all is going well Milan!
-rei from Evangelion
-some photos I took might use them for some refs for a new painting I have going.

fudgeloaf- thanks for stopping by man
here are some loomis proportion studies. I'm more fond of Bridgeman but in Bridgemans books he didn't really go in depth about proportion like loomis does. I honestly struggled through this study hate drawing people in stiff boring poses. But overall was interesting learned some new stuff I think.
