Man I love that Frazetta oil study, it's so solid and you got the detail just right. And good call doing the 100 hands things, the importance of being able to accurately draw hands is definitely overlooked...they add so much more believability to the figure when they're correct. Keep it up man!!

ryanoir-Thanks man I've been having an obsesion with lines latley XD been getting really burned out on paintings to be honest. They all come out so stiff

Kungfoowiz-haha my hands from mind are pretty boring I think. Yeah Bridgeman man that guy his knowledge of how the figure worked is just mind blowing O.o

My57-Thanks bro! ill check out your sketchbook

Parsakoira-Same to you bud! keep it up

Gthm/death-Thanks does feel its getting a it more flowy.

Jesus Food-yeah really gona start doin work on studies just wana draw everything haha XD you keep it up aswell ill be looking out for those updates

jNeumann-hey bro! yeah I'm really trying to think about my lines or brushstrokes before I put it down. I find if you think about it like that its actually faster because your not having to go back and correct stuff, and no problem man its always cool helping out the CA community.

Ramat-anytime dude and thanks for droppin by ill keep an eye out for your updates.

kiwigarbage-oh I know huh! thats what im saying haha. Oil paint is just such a fun medium you can get sooo many brush effects with just 1 brush O.o its very fun. Thanks for stopping by

Jasper_-Hey bro yea that Frazetta study was fun! really just tried to go with the flow on that one. I started with a huge mistake with the distance of the leg and the horse but I just kinda went with it. Yeah hands are a pain for me to draw really gotta focus more then usual XD. I read some where that the face and hands are the most important aspects for a character. Thans for dropping by man.

Hey man, nice sketchbook. I'm loving all the hand studies, makes me realize I need to get back to doing some simple line studies. Diablo is awesome, but the soundtrack is amazing. It really gets you in that mood, ya know? Anyways, great stuff. Ill be back to check out some more hands!

Looking good. Loving the studies, those are some strong points. Keep them up, they help with the imaginative stuff.

great work with those frazetta studies - I have done so many of those myself and they always really help step up my linework a little.

Your control over the tablet is awesome. I wish I had that comfort with it but I guess that will come with time. Hand and leg studies are also interesting to see. I love the way you draw the fingers so if you don't mind I might even do some studies of your studies!

    oh and Merry christmas!

Malakuko-hopefully it will be a deadly brew haha. But i'll give you a shout man keep it up in your sketchbook.

ryanoir-cool you dig my signature thanks man! Yeah I think it's all about trying to just think about your strokes and stuff before you lay them down or just kinda go with the flow? I donno a bit of both id say

Ricardo Robles-Yeah I'm digging looseness latley I would like to try and get the looseness feel of my sketches into full paintings. Easy said then done though XD you have some great work in your sketchbook man keep it up

Lang Oulk-Yeah I've always been doing line studies in my sketchbooks just havnt been posting them since I dont have a scanner or good camera. But trying to get the same lines in my traditinal stuff into the digital now. Oh man and Diablo such a sick game! probly one of the most creepiest vibed game ive played. Dont play much new games so there probly way more creepier games now haha XD Thanks for dropping by dude

Asatira-Thank you for the kind words will drop by your sketchbook sometime

k2mountain-no problem and thanks man! there was this quote I wrote a long time ago earlier in my sketchbok from Boris Vallejo "Determination is more important then skill" that quote i'll always remember.

matty_mcmullen-Matty! dan man you where the first person to stop by my sketchbook when I started it thanks for the continues feedback. Keep it up in your sketchbook man you have some nice improvements aswell.

ThomasM-Oh man Frazetta cant even start on that guy. He was a genius he was so before his time and still is I think. Never would have got into art if I didnt discover his work to this day it still trips me out O.o. Thanks for stoppin by man and merry christmas to you aswell!

jeremygordon89-Thanks man I've really been enjoying just plain drawing on the tablet. Need to work on my construction and stuff I think before I get into rendering. Have a good one man ill be looking out for your updates.

Dan FS-Hey thanks Dan I'll try and get some better pics of the Frazetta study.

Neat stuff - definite improvement over the years. Everything seems good right now, maybe small anatomy issues, but the one thing that really bothers me - not very smooth gradients. Maybe smooth brushes or smudge tool would fix that. Anyway, great stuff, keep going and Merry Christmas!

Hey Omerta, I thought I would return the favour since you were so kind to check out my sketchbook!

Great sketchbook! I gotta say I loved this study, at first fast glance it felt like a photo almost. http://www.conceptart.org/forums/att...7&d=1291932824
I really like the way you paint metal, your armours are really looking sweet. One thing I think you need to improve on is the environment in your paintings from mind aren't holding the same quality as the fantastic figures you create. Improve on this and it will look absolutely fantastic.
