    I like the concept but I miss the movement you had in the original sketch. I remember seeing it in the WIP section and really liking your very first sketch. I think somewhere along the way you lost that great feel that was in the original sketch.

    I think the reason you're having problems with the tentacles is that they don't really look like tentacles; they look more like hair. Seems to me as though you did an outline and tried to fill it in.

    Tentacles aren't really just flagellum, they're ARMS. Meaning they move with purpose and grace - seems like you didn't do much research. Watch some videos on how octopi and squid move, and you'll notice that their tentacles always fall into some sort of identifiable logic.
