DStraX: Tusen takk, mange gode observasjoner, skal kikke pĺ det!
karen_: Really glad you like it, thanks!
    Aragah: Thanks man!
Wagensm: Thanks a lot man, good thing the progress is visible!

More random photoshop stuff, might be going slightly overboard on saturation, and I probably should've spent a couple more minutes on the idea. O_o

I love your linework so much. So damn clean and yet detailed.
Do you do any constructing or do you just go in and do things on the fly?

Im always astounded to see you're still in your teen years, you've such a solid grasp of figures and form, as well as color and rendering. I wish I had at least half of your talent when i was 19, let alone now at 23! Lovin' those quick monster thumbnails on the last page, and your red commander is on its way somewhere cool.

Can't wait for more, always inspiring to crawl though here, keep it up!

    Woah! Awesome sketches.

The only crit I can come up with is that some of the people look very stiff, like they have robot-arms.

Sebastian Gromann: Glad you like them man, they're basically what I pass time with at my armyjob, which is really nice.
Tugelbend: Thanks! Not much construction most of the time. I might draw out the length of certain limbs, or where some joints should be sometimes, but more often than not I do it on the fly. :>
    Aragah: Thanks man!
Guik: Everything except for the 2nd piece is in pen. Thanks!
AustenFM: Thanks man, really glad you think so!
    PHATandy: Haha, thanks, I will!
    DStraX: Thanks seńor!
zelda_geek: Thanks. Yeah, not really putting as much thought as I should into the poses most of the time, been a problem for a long time, and something I really should work on.

Some slight progress on the Red Commander piece, not too fun working on it anymore, I really prefer the initial sketching stage. Probably because I don't really have enough knowledge to polish it up to a decent level.
Anyways, hope it looks decent enough, I'm aware of the perspective weirdness, but there's probably a lot more problems in there.

Sketches are still tight as hell, and i think that red commander piece could raise some havoc when you finish it. One thing i haven't seen you tackle yet, at least in the last couple pages, is emotion, both in face expression and in body language. Well, in the latter there's more of it, but still there's more posing going on. That's my take anyway, you can always take that with a grain of salt. You keep on chooglin' ya hear!?

walnut: You're right on the money, definitely something I need to focus more on. Thanks!

This is as far as I'm taking the Red Commander piece for now, not really happy with it at all, but I think I've learnt something from it at least.

Those pencils look great, lovely lines and anatomy!
The Chow looks quite nice too, I just think the sign looks a little misplaced and distrubing right behind her head. Maybe try to make it overlap more or reduce the contrast and edges there?

Hey! I drooled over your sketchbook a while back, and i'm glad to see you posting again! What are you doing now? You know, we are the same age but you are waaay ahead of me.
PS. I have admired the way you draw characters for a long time, and espesially faces. Have you studied skulls and faces alot or did you just "get it"?

AvisNocturna: Yeah, I can see what you mean, good point. Thanks!
Jamie Romoser: Good catch on the hands, you're probably right, thanks!
Rustveld: Thanks, really glad you like it!
    Magical-Shit: Thanks man!
    N.Rerram: Thanks a lot!
I'm currently doing an obligatory year in the army, got a lot of free time though, so I try to get some art stuff done. About faces, I'm not sure, I think it's because I like drawing them, and that I've spent a lot of time doing that. And of course I've learnt lots from studying real human faces and how other artists draw them.
Anyways, I don't like the faces I draw a whole lot most of the time, so I'm glad you do. ;p

More lines from a little while back, didn't get around to posting them, not really very interesting.
