Here's this months sketches, hope it doesn't hurt your eyes too much. And I hope it's not gonna be a month until next time.
To start off there are post it notes, they basically work as a sketchpad when I'm at work, the first page is random stuff, and the other page is sketches for the Samael chow.
Then there's a random sketch of a person with robot legs, followed by Loomis studies.
After that is the first sp I've done in a while - the lead in the mech pencil was really bad, so I quit rendering it.
Three dudes standing around - rendering practice?
Samael wip for the last chow, not gonna have the time to paint it, so it's gonna have to be a side project.
This is really awesome sketchbook you have here. Really nice rendering and all. One thing that I would like to crit is the way you sometimes draw the tendons of pecs that attach to the arm. They seem a bit too bulky and prominent and make the hands seem hard to move forward. Sometimes the deltoids seem a bit slopy creating a not so attractive look. But lovely work nevertheless.
Digger det, mann! Studerer du no sted? Hvor?
good Lord! I just have to find some pencils and sketch now ! Thnx Sir for an inspiration.
keep working on your observational studies brew
your pages are sick. !
Hey man. im totaly digg'en this!

SnobbyOo: Hahaha, thanks a lot man.
Placeboast: Thanks for the crit, I'll definitely look into it!
DANKA: Thanks you so much, love your work!
Nyctalgia: Takker! Studerer ikke noe sted, går i 3. klasse videregående, realfag fra i høst. Eneste jeg kan om kunst har jeg lært fra conceptart.org. (:

Benjie: Thanks man, I hope so too!
Krato: Definitely! (:
Guik: Thanks a lot! (:
hunchback: Thanks a lot, man!
marc_redd: Thanks, glad you like it.
Here's my piece for this weeks teen challenge, warming up for Last Teen Standing. If I'm gonna put this much effort into every piece for he LTS I might as well take a couple weeks off from school, 'cause it took waaaay longer than I'd expected, haha. Hope you like it.
mmm!!! the last one is great!
Dayum. That is a really solid entry. I like the sketch much better however. The painting loses some life and the lighting is a bit inconsistent maybe? Also I think you can play with edges more. Get some really sharp ones in there and soften up a few places.
Anyway, Last Teen Standing is going to be insane! (hopefully I have time to enter...I want to get my ass kicked by you).
