The Finally Finished forum is for work that is at a very high level. It is reserved primarily for professionally executed pieces of work.

Quite a lot of images get moved to the Critique Center and it doesn't mean your artwork isn't nice, it just means there are a few things you could improve upon. The mods feel you'd benefit from critique.

For example: You weren't careful with your lighting. She is lit by a white front-light instead of an orange back-light (the fire). Instead you added a small orange rim-light to make up for it, but it just doesn't work.

Her hair is very coarse and choppy, her leg is not properly foreshortened (maybe a reference will help?) and her eyes and lips seem quite flat to me.

That being said, the helmet-monster head thing looks awesome (you lit it quite well in my opinion) and I admire the concept and the attempt at a dynamic pose.

'Cuz life is full of your regrets, and I should be one...

cool thanks! I did use reference for pose but not lighting. I see what you mean though, it could be the armor I put on her legs throws off the perspective...appreciated!!
