    Dwarf Hunter with Bear WIP

Hi all this is a new WIP i've been working on:

I would have taken more angles and stuff but with nearly 30million pollies and large doc size my PC couldnt handle it so it took forever to even take shots at this angle with full resolution. it's a dwarf rifleman and soon I will add his bear maybe behind him and stuff he is pointing at a target for his bear to attack, like a hunter.

This is a progress shot of the sculpt so far, all in Zbrush, not complete yet I have yet to show angles to show the gun more etc but slow PC is really holding me back from fixing this to what it could potentially be. It's so hard to tweak further thats all lol with this slow PC and I got frustrated hehe. Hope you like anyways:

Awesome job and great attention to the details. I like how you actually modeled the chainmaille instead of painting or sculpting it onto the character's surface. That must have been rather time consuming.

wow that's stunning. Nice details. Hope you can add some more, or would that kill your pc? Don't hope so...

    Keep up the great work!

Really like the style and the details, but it would be cool if you could add some environment.

Revisit of an old Zbrush sculpt

Fixed pose slightly and added new angles:

New pose looks good! Still think the details are amazing. The only area that I think needs a slight bit of tweaking is his left hand holding onto the rifle. From these angles it kind of looks like the outter part of his hand (the hypothenar muscle, I think) is skinny and not meaty enough.

Im curious, how did you do the straps around his forearm? Are the zsphere chains or did you do that in another app?

    Cant wait to see more!

    Thanks AA-ron!

Straps were ploy modeled in Silo and transposed / sculpted in Zbrush

I agree about the hand, will fix for next version or before texturing. Thx!
