sorry for the slow upadte I have felt very useless lately, I don't understand why it's so hard for me to just get some study material I can handle and then study that so I can improve, usually it's so hard to start but when you get going it's just as fun as painting/drawing from the mind!
here's few hours of acrylics, made alot of bad decisions that I will try to fix next time I sit down with it. More contrast on the water, making a shadowline somewhere, and working on the left side will keep me busy
(I took the photo in bad lighting, warm temp :-\ )
Kelly, thank you for the motivating comment! And yes, I am still pretty much doing all the digis with Painter!
M0RS - thank you, I guess getting things look natural will take a long time for me, eventhough I can be very hostile against my own drawings, things like stiffness seem to get harder and harder to realize
Taneli - haha yeah the fingers seem to be long as hell, don't know how I missed that
remmy - aye aye, I did try to fight proportions with the sketch, might not show right now, better luck next time I guess
kingkostas - hey, thank for dropping by, glad you found something positive among the things in the thread

I'll take a better photo of the acrylic tomorrow in daylight and hopefuly update it abit
I finally feel like doing some digital stuff and BADAM my tablet stops working after 5 mins. Guess I better go to bed now
there we go
See you all tomorrow, time to drop myself down to 1 star
installed new drivers and got my tilt and tablet itself working again, still hasn't stopped working so I'm hoping it wont crash anytime soon
I've been wanting to sit down and paint with my tablet for awhile now! Yay
These are really fresh, both style and subject recall ink wash. Great atmosphere in the first one. Don't get so carried away that you ignore anatomy, that figures' arm is disproportionately small.
Diggin the acrylic, astounding color and handling.
I guess this can fit in to the mob theme, that was what I was thinking about while drawing it, oh well, I shall see
Have a good day!
too much B/W? :-\
I enjoy the black and whites. Some, such as the last one, are looking great!
Work hard, anything is possible. I know, I know, it’s a very cheesy response but it’s true. Hard work and dedication is the key to reach your dreams. -Bjørn Hurri
Thank you Hive_mind, I'm really happy to hear that!
better photo on the waterfall and another acrylic painting(speedpaintish)
(I SUCK at taking photos don't I, haha)
the blue part on the small waterfallish thing looks a bit wierd here colorwise, other than that it needs something painting done too

Latest pictures are really nice, have a loose feel to them. Especially like the kemli pic and the dude fishing on the rocks.
really nice acrylics and your b/w paints are really good to. they'll boost your tonal control a ton. keep it up.
Thank you, remmy, Nopig!
I have some acrylics lying around I'll post them later and maybe scan some sketchbook pages.
Havnt touched the wacom in awhile but here's one I made just now for fun and happiness
See you all later!
Sorry for slacking with updates, I just cannot get myself to scan sketchbook pages/take photos
