I picked up the "Animal" book by the Smithsonian Institution pretty sweet book. Anyhow here's one of the awesome frogs they had inside. I used marker to color it and as dumb as it may sound also whiteout for those spots.

Hey, you have certainly taken a great route for learning! The studies seem to have gone through non-painfully also.
Keep this up and you can definately kiss "boom of suckage" goodbye real soon!

Jeez it's been a while since I updated this sketchbook. Here are some old concepts that I decided to reignite, there are definitely some issues going on in some.
Here's the old concept of the female smith.
Old Dark Knight
More concepts to come!

Well, I severely lack a lot of foundation so I decided to go back to the basics again. Here are a couple of objects I drew from life after reading Ron Lemen's tutorial which was amazing btw.
These are also a couple of gestures I did in figure drawing class, that I think need critiquing. Unfortunately, I ran out of bristle paper stupid me for forgetting to bring more. Oh, this was also my first time using tsumi ink, which I felt comfortable with, it gave me the same brush feeling as water color. One last thing, yea... I am a terrible photographer lol.
