A weekend well worth it, huge huge thanks to Hyver and Metal-Mike, and to all the other awesome people I got the chance to know. No question about it I'll be trying to join in for the next one as well.

Some photos I manage to take in between sketching and talking:

And some extra stuff that don't have anything to do with the meet itself, but thought it could be nice to show anyway. Was planning to go to Amsterdam before my flight on Monday, overslept though, and only had time to go to Den Haag. Managed to take 4 photos. Then stumbled over big book and game/toy-stores.

Will try to upload the sketches I made during the meet asap, or at least as soon as I get my crappy ass scanner working.

Big hugs to all of you!

    Thanks Kim!!!!

I was searching for swatch wheels but I didn't find any good ones.

Your wheel is great many thanks,

Do you still have the brushes from the demo because I forgot some, so I can't make them myself.

Its easy to make the brushes....if you remember...

    Step 1:

    have lotsa fun

    Step 2:

Delete all your brushes except the default hard round brush 19

    Master brushe set:

1/ Hard round brush + wet edges
    2/ Square brush (80 x 60) - minimal spacing, some jitter
    3/ Airbrush
4/ Symbol - make a symbol, and add some jitter. Good for smudge
5/ Cloud brush? - make a hard/soft edged brush + x/y and jitter with less spacing
    6/ Pallete knife - make a rectangular shape wit hard/soft edges about 150 - 200 x 60. minimal spacing. some minor jitter

    Wallah.

    about the itching and stuff.

There is this other creature that has been in the netherlands for only a few years. A caterpillar called the Oak Processionary, they live in oaks (wasnt the tree near the house a oak?), and release small hairs that are extremely poisonous. When they release the hairs and you get touched by them it causes skin rashes. I'm kinda thinking we got hit by this, since we are not the only ones, and their has been quite alot of reports of outbreaks over the last week.
