Hey man! Nice updates, your values are coming along nicely! On the last two the face proportions seem just a bit wonky- something worth checking out maybe.

Keep on going! You are improving in heaps and bounds!

    Talk to you later.
    Take care

    Thanks so much everyone!

Daniel C, Justin, Madfish, Lars, Piemonster - thanks so much peeps, great to see you stop by!

Pigeonkill - hey man, wow those photos feels so old. It was from my stay in Rome. I should go back there soon, it's a great place for drawing! thanks for stopping by man!

Juhani - hey man, yeah I know, I've been having some trouble getting rid of the crookyness in portraits, that's why I'm doing a lot of SPs right now. Sometimes it's a real struggle getting them symetric. Gawd, haha.
Hopefully the proportions will work out soon too. Anyways, nice talking to ya, keep it up bro!

kaoki - hey man, great to have you stopping by, love your work. Thanks so much!

Okey now for the update, which will be weak because I've been phucked up all weekend and the scanner broke down for a while, so I haven't been able to post. But I got it going again. Yey

Self portrait from today, this one came out easier than those before, I think I'm moving forward a little bit. Or maybe not hah -
    Drunk At Breakfast

This is a portrait of a friend I've been working on for quite some time. i got stuck because I fucked the likeness up way too much. I don't really know how I'm supposed to follow this one up. oh well -

    Good work man!
    Watch out in the proportions!

Let's hope these pics don't get 'flagged' by some douchebag at photobucket now. I would love using the CA-uploader, but the copyright bullshit pisses me off.

Maaan I remember checking out your sketchbook years ago!!!

Good to see you're still studying and experimenting, and definitely good to see a new sketchbook!

You're on the right track - continue doin' what you're doin'!

Try and smooth out those digital renders a bit!!

Feels good to check back in on you. I'll be sure to do it more often!

Here's some new stuff. Been painting and drawing along to My Bloody Valentine and Smashing Pumpkins all day. I really don't dig the SP at all, infact I look like a crooked asshole, but I thought I'd post it anyways, for some color. Oh sunshine is making me happy.

Hi there--love your aesthetic. Your pencil work is really gaining confidence and your figures are full of spontaneity and movement. Some of your heads are a hair on the long side...maybe force yourself to include the head on some of your torso sketches. Great work.

Hey thanks guys, thanks so much for stopping by!

Dile_, wookie and Ape - thanks guys I really appreciate it! ^^

Courtyard - hey there thanks so much, hehe yeah that's preolly true, I'm still having trouble with proportions, damn it all to hell if I can't fix it soon.

I've been a slacker lately!!!! well.. that's not all true, just finnished a sketchbook, bought a new one today, however I left my old one somewhere behind so I can't post anything from it. Also I've got two smaller sketchbooks. some drawings from one of them too.

Here's what I did today, most of it is from mind, exept the ugly shoe and the sleeping eye. The ps-thing and the dude with the gun is a comic i'm working on with a friend, it's about a hero that is hopelessly addicted to heroin.
