    Great anatomy book find

Just went to book store for a sale and was cruising through the sports section and this "Strength Training Anatomy" book by Frédéric Delavier struck my eye.

For a while I've been looking for anatomy book which would have different postures of figures with "muscles in action" without skin and this book is definitely a good one if you're looking for one.

Thought I'd share it with the community if someone else has similar interests.
Book at and you can search inside it before buying it which is nice.

Incredible find. It's not artist orientated but as a pure anatomy reference it's superb. Highlighted muscle groups, everything is labeled, bones structure underlayed, how the joints work with the muscles, all amazingly illustrated from all angles with minimal text. What I like about it particularly is that if it's talking about a certain muscle group they still render in grey the rest of the body; at all times you've got a picture of the whole body. I have Bammes, Bridgman and Hogarth anatomy books and this beats them all for clarity. Thx yousa.
