Red face Some of my drawings.

Hello, forum! I'm new here, and I know my level is below the average for this forum, but as I don't get enough feedback on other sites, I decided to show some of my drawings here and see what turns out. I'm 18 years old, and I want some day to work as a game concept artist somewhere.

So here are the pics. I know my faces suck most, I'm working on solving this issue.
Some of the pics are drawn on a 35x50cm sheet and are scanned in 2 pieces and stitched together.

If faces are your weak point, then stop hiding them behind masks and wings. I know you've said you're working on it, but I'd personally like to see some of these efforts. Right now your anatomy is strong, and your shading is good. Weapons work is good, and believeable.

Great stuff, just work on them faces, like you said.

Thanks. Tomorrow I'm getting a head drawing book (or at least I believe so) and start working heavily on solving this problem. I'll try to remove the manga/anime feel from them faces. >_<

Those huuuge swords would be easier to swing with a bigger hilt and pommel to give them balance

Great details! Good shading and volume ^_^

You are right. Except for the Anime Dude (he uses his awesome anime power to swing it with one hand), the other should have their swords 2-handed. XD I will try to think more next time making characters. Thanks!

I'd recommend getting some good practice on heads and faces.

That's what I'm starting tomorrow. Drawing from photos, books, real people...
