Viking: Battle for Asgard Concept art (Huge download) UPDATED 04-11, pg 5 and 6!
Hello everybody!
For those who remember i posted a worktest around a year ago and i got the gig. It was for SEGA's new titel called Viking: Battle for Asgard, where i was the character concept artist.
I later on got to do more fun stuff as post-processing for the game as well as painting all the movies in the game. It was loads of fun and i'll see if i can't post them as well!
I guess it's time to show what i was doing all this time (yay)

This is exactly why you are one of my favourite, if not THE favourite, artists.
The inspiration and motivation you give me is just.... incredible.
The post is so massive that I would be spending hours expressing my thoughts on every piece, like I usually do in your SB.
But I believe you get the idea on what I think of your stuff, so I'll keep it at that
Best of wishes!
Chris

bjorn, thank you. You've helped open my eyes to just how lazy I really am, once again. This is really just the kind of thing I needed to see.

Lots of awesomeness. Aside from the very very big feet you have going there, but just a matter of taste anyway.
Insanely good colours in some of those pictures. Kudos!

Great work, I'm amazed at the volume and the quality of the work. Out of curiosity how long would you say you spend on a finished character concept?
Once again great stuff, oh and it was cool seeing you on gametrailers. Nice work on the sequence pieces.
