Canned thoughts - Sinto's Sketchpad (striving for Updates)

Hey all, I've posted a sketchpad here 2 years ago in this account, but haven't been able to progress because of college. Well, now that I've finally finished my thesis and a week away from graduation under College of Fine Arts and Design in the University of Santo Tomas, I finally have the time I need to post again

ahem... To start off (again) I'm Jerome Patrick Jacinto, a comic book illustrator, I live in the Philippines and I'll be looking for a job in a few days.

I'll do my best to post as much here whenever I get the time

    CRITIQUES ENCOURAGED, PLS

Just like to show my a page from my thesis. It was about illustrating a story in comic book format rendered in gouache while using anthropomorphic animals.

Gouache (treated it like watercolor though)

Shamandalie: Thanks! It was hard enough to do one panel

Sarxous: Thanks man! .............. hehe furries, I wasn't born yesterday ya know

Lilnebo: Thanks! although I really should make studies of quadrupeds, as I am only used to drawing them in anthropomorphic forms. BTW, you're pretty good for a thirteen yr old

Nice! Kudos for the gouache painting, it looks fantastic! Some of the looser and more vibrant ones are really nice too, particularly the Gears piece and the brushstroke woman. Keep updating!

Maerrik: Yes, It's totally hard, that's why I rendered it in a watercolor fashion, much easier that way

bakatron: Thanks dude! Mood is my favorite factor in colors.
