    ..............................Dangle City & some works...............................

    Hi dear friend.
I was thinking about this work all the time.
I choosed this name (dangle city) because I believe one time will arrive in future in which nature will destroy by mankind hand and people will drown in technology , So this picture is only immortal piece of earth and nature that everybody can leave there.
For drawing nature & city in the back I used brush and I worked this piece of photo to show it more natural.
<Mankind hanging in this city for years.>
Put my colors with Adobe Photoshop CS3 & Corel painter X programs
    Finished two weeks,
    Hardware: GENIUS GPEN 560
I will be happy if you help me with your constructive idea.
    I Hope you like it.
    Thanks…….

dude... im gonna try and be nice here:

first off, if you're going to post images here, MAKE ONE THREAD.
post them all in ONE THREAD.

second: no offence, but this section is for pro's/semi pro. you're NEITHER. you've got a lot of learning to do, you shouldn't be posting in the finally finished section.
someone should move all your threads to the critique center soon.

Cool design. I like the interesting shape to, well, everything in the picture!

I think some of the highlighting in the color version bothers me alittle though.
like it's coming from a bunch of random invisible lightsources.
Maybe try to think about ur lightsource more when doing it? Or if having a distinct lightsource isn't your intention, then maybe don't emphasize those highlights quite so much?

I duno, just a thought of course,

but cool stuff keep it up!

Finally finished is not just for pros and semi pros. It is for anyone on conceptart.org to post their finished pieces. Though I do agree that he should put all of them into one thread.

I R smellz a smidge of arrogance... just a smidge, though.

The first part was spot on, imo. Making one thread would be so much better. ^_^

nope. not arrogant at all. in fact i have low self esteem...
if im not mistaken, neither one of you have been here as long as me. im just telling you how it is.
its NOT just for anybody who thinks they're work is "finished".
    read the stickies.
you'll see what im talking about.

here, in case you're as lazy as im assuming you are:
    "Hey all,
The finished section is now for intermediate and professional level works. Artists needing more assistance or artists just starting out will be posting in the sub-forum Critique Center. We are going to make an attempt to really bring the calibur of work up on the site for everyone..not just the beginners. There is a group of professionals and moderators that will be moving threads to the appropriate areas in order to best be able to assist you all. Posts in these areas will get appropriate critiques. The finished section can deal with more intermediate and high level crits while we can focus on foundation in it's section."

Well, I would say that his stuff falls into intermediate level. He may not be pro, but if he did that water only using only paintbrush and eraser then he is definately not a beginner.

Nice stuff dude. I agree about the proportion and the smoke but think the original sketck is better cause it's less messy than the painting. You should change the color of the pant because it's too similar to the jacket and the hair of the guy.
the background is nice but it doesn't help the story of the picture. the guy seems to get trought a dark alley way or taking support on a wall and not a disco wallpaper.
the last thing is that the colored version make him look like a kind of Hunchback. There some mistake on his shoulder and arm.

I've been lurking this site for almost as long as you've been a member. I only happen to log in when I have something to say. I've read the stickies, I know what CA.org is about. No need to get all defensive and try to internet "burn" someone.

This isn't the place to argue, though, so I'll leave this at this.

Merged. Should they be moved? I'm on the fence. The one with the overused grass brush is pretty amateurish, but I rather like the figures, for all their quirks.

i personally feel he has a lot of BASIC things to learn.
like anatomy. he does have interesting ideas on clothing and whatnot, but

ya know what, fuck it. i just cant communicate without pissing some idiot off.
for the record, i think i found CA.org back in 2000 i think, lurked for 3 years then set up an account.
this is my favorite website on the entire internet. its my homepage. i come here every day. but im getting sick and fucking tired of people giving me shit for giving my opinion on something. maybe im NOT the most eloquent, maybe i have no tact, maybe i am rude, but goddamnit, I REFUSE TO WALK ON FUCKING EGGSHELLS HERE. when it comes to art, i feel the need to tell the truth 120%, if it HURTS, then it hurts.
does that make me a dick? maybe.
one thing i will admit to, something i should have done but didn't, was explain WHY i think his work should be moved to the CC.
i apologize for not doing that in my original post.
i feel that persian-Miniaturist has a lot of BASICS to learn.
    anatomy, perspective, etc.
i think he should be avoiding photoshop (or whatever weird program he used) at the moment and desperately trying to sneak into some life drawing classes.
i think the piece with the carriage is his best, but whats pulling it? and is that a giant crack in the ground in front of it? did the horse that was pulling it fall into that hole?
and whats the guy doing? just standing there... not looking for his horse...
im sorry, its just not that well thought out. put a horse in there, have the guy holding the reins, it makes sense. if you're ambitious, draw the damn horse falling into the crevice and the guy freaking out and the carriage all cockeyed being pulled into the crack. and is that SNOW/icicles on those ropes in the bkg? if so, wheres the snow in the rest of the scene? why isn't it on the carriage?
i could go on like this on all these pieces. but i have to get to work.
    sorry for venting.

nice pictures, but i think you use a bit too much white in your highlights, it tend to desaturate the colors. You should also keep the blurry airbursh edges for out of focus elements, right now its hard to focus on a specific part of your pictures. keep it up dude
