    how do you do it, though?
    i can never find any models i just dont know where to start
    i mean i go to school but thats only for about 3hrs and 45 min

    Hello All,

    3Kicks Fine Art Studio is excited to present a two hours slide presentation by John Asaro. John Asaro is the master figurative painter known for his colorful and light filled paintings of the female figure. He studied with Donal Hord, Art Center College of Design, Frank Reilly and architecture at the Southern California institute of Architecture. For more than twelve years, he created illustrations for Cosmopolitan, Good HouseKeeping, and Argosy Magazines in Detroit, New York and Los Angeles. Asaro is a member of the new York Illustrator's Club and California Art Club. He has been featured in articles in Art Talk, Southwest Art, Horizon, Focus/Santa Fe magazines and in a 1990 Lexus televsion commercial.

    John Asaro just had a show of 60 figurative paintings recently at c1 gallery at Bergamont Station in March. In this slide presentation, John will also bring in some of his original paintings as well.

    Sean Cheetham 2 Day Painting Workshop

    June 20th (5 - 10 pm)& 21st (11 am - 4 pm)

    Fee: $260 ($250 + $10 registration fee)

    Sean Cheetham will take you step by step on how he develops his personal painting in this 2 day workshop. This workshop is great for both illustrator or fine art painter seeking for realistic painting approach. Surface preparation followed with graphite drawing and acrylic wash will be demonstrated in the first day. Palette mixing, painting technique will be introduced on the second day.

    Sean is recognized as one of the most acclaimed young figurative painters today. He was featured in American Artist’s Workshop magazine among others. He had his first one man exhibition with The Mendenhall Sobieski Gallery in 2006.
