    Update: Some quick studies

It's literally been years since I posted anything on here, or at least one year and some months, anyway I want to get back active on the forums so here are some things.

Next round. I'm just kinda grabbing things at random, but these are some character designs and turn-arounds I had to do for school, then a couple of oil paintings. Oh and at the bottom a digital study.

wow, i'm finding all these kindred spirits on the boards now (i haven't posted in years myself, and am starting to again) - we all should start a club.
there're some really nice drawings here i really dig how clean your work is. my only 2 cents would be that i think your clothing could use a bit more detail, but that might be counter intuitive to the cleanliness of the work. the renderings are stellar though, and thats a really nice orthograph of the gorilla.
very good work altogether man, can't wait to see more.

    der,

nice update here, my only nitpick would be with your "librarian" ps render, if you take a look at it the bottom seems too big for the top 1/2. but the drawings are still superb! your smoking chick is the winner!

Great figure drawings. Your linear touch is promising.

The smoking girl is great too.

I see potential for developing a more graphic approach. Have you tried using markers much?
