    People who disrespect our field

Yes, there will be naysayers, haters of our field, and the people who think their art is better then ours. Every field will have it, from salesmen and retailers, to chefs and cooks. But you know what? We are talented and apparently revered at times, otherwise people wouldnt hire us for multi million dollar projects, or put us into magazines and books that will be seen by millions. If we stopped doing what we loved because of what a few people said about us, the world would not be the same. We are concept artists! Be proud of that. Dont let anyone else get in your way of your dream or your success. So keep drawing, modeling, or whatever else you do in your field.

And yes, this thread was made due to the explosion of "Some people dont like my field/art" type threads.

Oh, and to those of you who dont like what we do, deal with it. We aint going anywhere for a very long time.

But mine is just saying the answer to all those threads. That one is saying how he feels left out of society. So they are different.

Well everything's got cycles, in the beginning and just before the renaissance - people saw art like a craft not as art and didn't reflect over it being anything else.

Besides, I don't feel like justifying myself to others.
