Any Gaiman fan will probably realize who the title speaks of but those that don't know then I'm delighted to tell yeh that I'm talking about Delirium, a character from the graphic novel Sandman created by Neil Gaiman. Anyway, I'm making a fan art of her for my girlfriend who's a huge Gaiman fan but I seem to have some problems. Her hair looks like it's shaded in a different style than the way I shaded her skin. Can anyone lend me some of your knowledge and aid me in resolving this issue?
Try reworking the hair in pieces, rather than painting individual strands.
For an extra touch of believable, crinkle the corners of her eyes a bit - when you smile that wide, the eyes narrow slightly from the lower lid moving upward, and the cheek muscle bunches. (that's why they call em laugh lines.)
Will do. Thank you for commenting
