Applecide & Coke Habits: A Digital Sketchbook

I have an unsettling habit of not finishing anything I start. Works in Progresses untouched for months and near completed works unopened for years. So, out of boredom I decided to catalog these online along with some sketches and studies.

    In Order:

[1] Splash page for personal sketch book.
[2] Some random sketch for some dude's critique

    More later.

I really like the splash page. The line down the left side doesn't look very good - too harsh or interrupting compared to the softness of the woman - but since it's unfinished you may have had further plans for that bit.

I can relate with the various projects in various states of unfinish. Get to work! Keep showing cool shit like this.

I'm a graphic design major. Also, will do. Hopefully I can finish some of these ideas one day.

Well, the whole idea of this website (just finished coding it, actally,) is to house all of my unfinished works, sketches and studies. I've created tons of dfferent splash pages, all this same image, in it's different stages which will rotate at random. The one above is the last stage thus far. However, as time goes on I do plan on actually finishing the splash page. So, removing the line or perhaps saddening the line is somehing I'll look into.

Still trying to think of a clever saying.

Here's a recent study. Just a doodle, playing with text and looking at different ways to form blood. If you can't get the reference, it's OJ Simpson's Bloody glove and a glass of orange juice. A bit abstracted, of course, but that's the goal of a study- to explore and see what does and desn't work.

I may upload some more figure work later, bit more defined and polished.
