Hey man, I no that I'm in no position to preach, but if you could take and advice: Your rendering and paintings are great, but you must stick to the figure. I would draw it without muscles first. You need to grasp a better gesture, and be more confident with the proportions. If you do that, you'll rich the top in no time, 'couse you have the rest already accomplish.

your sky and ocean paintings a top.
for the studies I think it's important to try and see the figure not just as lines but form. To see it as tubes and cubes like you do it towards the end of this batch of studies is really helpful. makes it easier to put a body in perspective than just arms and legs.
But this hard workk will pay off.

GREAT STUFF!!! Your studies are looking very good. Forget about the muscles, just get the main posture and proportions.
    Btw: great faces.
    Great stuff!!

Awesome sketches, your little cartoon guys have a lot of character, The surf board is cool as well Most common problem you have between all of your drawings is probably that the eyes sit too high in the head, when they are suppose to rest half way
but ya good work keep it up and stop by sometime

Ohhh snap, that's a lot of anatomy studies. Keep doing tons of them. Also, it looks like you could study some proportions, especially of the legs.

That's a lot of hands -- some of them from the CGTalk workshop, I see. Are any of them your own hand or poses from other sources?
Nice work... quite a variety of things here.

I think your painted works are exceptionally beautiful. They show a great deal of knowledge and ability with working with volumes and colour, especially with light. I feel like your sketches could use more work being more fluid and as 'deep' feeling as your painted works though.

Wow you're one of the hardest workers around here! Really makes me feel lazy!

Your skill is really getting better, only with digitals, I feel that you seem to rush with the brushwork a bit, I know because my digitals are as hairy as yours sometimes and it's because there's not much thought in the single strokes.

But damn, you are skilled already! Keep pushing man!

Cool sketchbook - lots of dedication +variety! The only advice I can think of is to maybe be a bit more confident with your line - see if you can make fewer, more important marks. (That's something i'm working on myself...)

    Keep it up man!
